As gutted I am at eye watering 6 figure loses that have set my retirement plans back a good few years, this will recover but we may not see £10 for a GOID few years now if the UMPA does not pull back at all.

The early doors sellers (and there appear to be quite a few) must be gutted BUT they may smile tomorrow- who knows in this climate🙄😔

The company itself is SOLID - but that means NOTHING with the world in the UMPA-LUMPA’s hands unfortunately

The problem is this is an unknown event with no real end, we could keep sliding into the 400 at this rate.

As the fear continues and US falls into recession, who’s is possible if the market continues to drop the way it is.

This is EXACTLY why the decision to hold or bail short term is SO hard, the company is solid.

I just don’t know, if to bail and hope for a better price or just take the pain of future drops and wait it out.

I may do a 50/50 for my own sanity and peace of mind.

I’m exactly in the same boat as you with this being my BIGGEST holding.

And like you I don’t understand why we were one of the biggest losers in the Friday session.

5/6/7% I could have understand as general slapping but nearly 12% I did not see that coming.

I guess part of it was the fact the most were in GOOD profit and just jumped at the first sign of truble, being honest I did get a quote to sell at 8% but then just couldn’t bring myself to do it as I do still see this achieving £10+ in the next 2 years- short mistake maybe on my part not to sit in the sidelines.

It’s hard when large sums are involved.
