Similar to you PepeLePewle this is my first post on these boards. I have read the board for many years and been invested in Scancell since 2015 (it has been a long long wait but i am ever hopeful). I am following the possibility of a NASDAQ listing with interest as my current broker only allows dealings in UK shares so i will either need to change broker or upgrade my account.
Does anyone have any info on how we remain invested here if a NASDAQ listing happens, is it likely it would be a dual listing and would price rises on the NASDAQ listing also be reflected in the AIM price meaning those of us with AIM shares would see the same percentage rise or falls as happens on the NASDAQ?
If they went for a NASDAQ only listing this would presumably mean delisting on AIM and us needing to see our shares on AIM and rebuy on NASDAQ, do brokers do this for you in a similar way to a bed and ISA?
I donβt want to end in a situation where either i lose out on any potential gains because it moves to NASDAQ or having to sell AIM shares and buy them back for a higher price on NASDAQ. Any thoughts from others on this board would be most welcome, thanks.
On the Spurs front am afraid i cannot have any sympathy as being a Leeds fan i am hoping either Spurs or West Ham fill that last spot, they both kept it interesting at the weekend though.
