OO is concluded as in we cannot request more shares. Material info should be subject to an RNS ASAP. They will obviously have known when the last patient was dosed and will have had that in mind re the raise. Now the window to request shares is closed it doesn’t matter if news drops now (before allocation) or after.

Yep initially it was to professional investors only and they had to extend to all which shows how much faith people have in these charlatans. Chairman a disgrace too. Not loooing after shareholders interests and with his options not truly independent.

The Chairman got a shed load of options which contravenes best-practice so is perhaps not doing his job properly. A decent CEO would not have signed that off. Again that needs highlighting. The NEDs are meant to look after shareholders rather than making sure they can continue having their snouts in the trough.

I have sold out completely and was offered by TP (I am a client) to take part in the raise and would have due to warrants but decided not to as GB still involved. I doubt he will be for long as more dirt to be aired.

Take a look at advfn, GB not only misled in RNSs but he is known to have sent multiple shareholders texts, whatsapp and Twitter messages ramping the company and clearly overstepping the mark. I’ve no doubt material info passed on and I suspect it’ll come to light to ensure he’s off every board he sits on. A matter of time.
