The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
I believe there is some truth in that lmulhare.
Most have sold and any remaining, will hold even if it means the ship going down.
1-2p will not interest them to sell.
Well done, Patience.
It even got a mention on IG sponsored, The Arm Chair Trader site:

A great entry for me so I am not grumbling. If it drops further, I will acquire and hold. Once macro market conditions improve this will re-rate significantly.
Tegop, many appreciate your inputs and hypothesis.
I would ignore, John. He is clearly under pressure with his investments in Poly given their domicile relocation off LSE to Kazakhstan, he is throwing insults like a petulant child.
A shame the letter did not reference the loan with Sandgrove Capital Management. Mooky used his ~200m shares as collateral for a $200m credit facility, which I am sure Sandgrove then used a Credit Swap facility to hedge the risk of Cineworld defaulting. Sandgrove even had a disclosed short position of 1% or 13m shares they used to short the company. How this was permissible is not entirely clear for me as it certainly allowed collusion to push the share price down.
I look forward to reading further updates and remain hopeful that Judge Marvin Isgur will not approve the RSA in its current form.
Time will tell.
Good luck, all.

This is a great objection submitted, Patience.
I loaded up. Eurasia have plenty of assets in the ground and will continue operations. I expect an RNS in a few months on operations update which will see this recover.
Agree, Tegop which is why remaining investors have moved over to Discord or other groups.
I have to say, the winners of the numpty award are those NOT invested, yet continue to feign a saviour stance when in reality they are betting against CINE, just too cowardly to admit so. If you are, shorting it, you're winning and if you're confident, you don't need to keep filling this BB with "Poorinvestor posted this and made a booboo" etc.

Doubled by holding.
Offer must come by 15th May.
Good luck with your new trade, Poor.
Wolf/Hexam, why don't you both take some time off this BB. Go for a nice walk, perhaps a nice lunch given the weather is pleasant?
It will allow you to both indulge in some banter about the silly rampers and how they will get their comeuppance.
"Enough said" said the spammer.
Encouraging to read more objections coming in.
Some are saying if the plan in its CURRENT form is not approved, it is Chapter 7 liquidation.
I disagree. There is nothing to suggest the plan cannot be REVISED.
Well done, Poor.
I did the same with my ISA account for a short hold and trade - in at 0.74 and out at 1.5p.
I have left my other holding and will see what the judge says.
Good luck with your other plays!
Poor, you are missing a trick not posting a provocative photo when replying. These boys are thinking of you all the time. Of course, nothing to do with a concern you're upsetting their trading strategy which may not go 100% to plan.

Shareholders are already wiped out. If they sell their shares they will only hand their shares to the funds who have shorted the stock, allowing them to close their positions.
My understanding is the funds have to close they’re short ahead of a stock being suspended and then delisted. Can anyone confirm the same?
