the SP jumped to 17-18 when the sale process was announced, which I take to be just under the level the MMs had pegged Nano's current value at. With 4x share dilution, Nano's highest valuation ever is the equivalent of 33p now. IF there is more that one party interested, then I expect the bidding to be in that range, i.e. 18 - 32. I sold out of Nano (at 42p) many moons ago when I realised what ME was up to, but couldn't resist buying back in at under the price he recently bought shares! (he's not the sort of bloke to shoot himself in the foot). (though he'll happily blow other people's legs off, metaphorically speaking).
