Aside from the fact that the directors will not want to dilute their large holdings it strikes me as curlish not to vote yes to all the resolutions and fully back a Board that has continuely added significant value wth every move, to the point that we are now backed by and have an amazing JV with a government body, having virtually been given to us on a plate , with the company on the point of controlling a mining district to rival the Bushveld
