Yeah they were gifting themselves shares that's true but share price was 12 pence in March 2016 before they left. This new guys in all this time since take over didn't put single RNS about their plans or ambitions. No news on AIM means share continuously fall down plus there is big chance that is something wrong going behind the curtains and MM people are smelling blood. I can't see other explanation for price being halved in space of four months.
Down again.
Peoplw who destroyed CPP before came back to destroy CPP again. Why FCA allowed company destroyers to take over again???
This is final nail in coffin for CPP share price.
Where is the end of this agony? Keep going down and down every week...
Guys anyone have any new information about CPP activities? I hope for at least one more RNS before end of August...
Every meeting they have its about changing directors and how to get them richer. No single information about future plans for the company, how they going to lift VVOP, new IT system etc.
Corcoran will now sell milions of his cheap shares which he bought for 3 pence. That is going to destroy CPP share price completely.
Again going down today. Is this end of CPP as big company? It looks like it wil be playground for Ogston and couple of his rich mates...
Explain not expand sorry...
I agree with you. Chairman should have come out publicly and expand why he removed all this people from company. Is it because of lack of CPP progress in VVOP aplication or is it something else. Other side came with clear arguments but Ogston came out with nothing.
Tomorrow is AGM let see what is going to happen. We all hope for best outcome.
I lost arround 12k in here. The problem is that they don't have any money and they need at least $15 millions to start any of their projects in Africa. Unfortunately they still have nine people in the office "working hard" to organise their next project in 18 months time. By that time share price will be consolidated couple of more times. Very expensive lesson learned...
Share price dropped 18% down suddenly to 8.38 pence. It doesn't show on this LSE application but it shows everywhere else. I wonder why?
The big question is now what is going to happen with share price?
I went there last night but I haven't got any good news for you guys. Next drilling is in Cameroon in the second part of 2017 as earliest day. They are planning to do 3D seismic for the drill this year probably September if they find the way to finance that. They have 9 people working in the office and everyone are very important members of the team according to CEO. I guess they getting paid sallaries from the money 5 millions they raised last year plus share incentives. Later I spoke to one of the board members about share consolidation and previous drilling in Kenya and Namibia and my conclusion is that that they don't care much about shareholders and their loss. Their arguments are difficult time in industry or take a look of the Afren or other big companies who have been wiped out completely, at least we are still alive, CEO said during presentation. My opinion is that TRP is lifestyle company similar to many companies in AIM I have no doubt that share price will be similar to one before recent share consolidation by the end of 2017. I can't see the way they will raise 15 millions of dollars to do Thaly block in Cameroon unless some miracle happen with oil price. By the 2017 our share will not be worth anything IMO.
9.87 pence closing price today. Share incentives for directors didn't alow share price to recover properly now with now this new fight for directors chairs will destroy share price completely. We need GM asap to clarify everything otherwise I am not optimistic regarding share price.

RNS is good its only that insecurity about board members and VVOP that affected share price this morning. Even with all that I expected share price to go up today to 18-20 pence because company in annual statement announced good profit not loss.
