Funny just noticed that myself. Never quite understand these TR-1's but I assume Blackrock have been buying and have/or about to cross a threshold where they have to notify. Have they bought because they think the stock is good or have they bought because they are just tracking an index and Vec needs to be included?

Yes, but this happened last time and then the share price retraced. Looks like the same thing is happening today. Never seems to be much volume with this share, which is a bit of a worry.

I agree to a certain extent but why would you show your hand to other companies that you are trying to deal with?

You can never be sure with these updates/announcements but hopefully this is the catalyst the share price needs to move significantly upwards again.
