Yes I totaly agree with you gaslady that Aminex shares will be much much higher than they are at the moment on ffd but a hostile bid could come before that .

Gaslady , eclipse have already stated that aminex will be there vehicle in Africa , once the full field development has reached three or four producing wells the 40 million that it would cost to take Aminex out could be accounted for in just two years production . so what would you do if you had very deep pockets , and not short arms .

Good morning ,Aminex market cap is at the moment about 60 million Ara, 27% =16 million so 48 million takes aminex out , which is peanuts compared with what Aminex 25% of Ntorya alone is worth . Also why no CPR could it be that they don't want aminex share price to rise . Just my thoughts, but also ara have stated that Aminex will be their vehicle in Africa . Aminex will be taken out and that is for certain but when .

My view is eclipse investments own 100% of Ara petroleum , they also own just over 27% of Aminex share capital .They need to get to 30% to get to make a offer or hostile take over . Aminex bring nothing to the table and I personally think they will be taken out by eclipse before first gas .
