.....there may be existing warrants from.PMA days....at a lower excersize price....I would have thought any new PGR warrants would be @ 3p...the price PMA paid for CAR....At current market price 1p....PMA have paid only £700k for CAR....@ 3p....this figure increases to £2.1m....If the 175m PGW warrants....are exercised @3p....PGR gets £4.5m cash....and CAR investors get the chance to own upto 30% of the new combined business....ie PMA previously had 500m shares.....new company PGR will have 800m....GLA Reg

.....before rto PMA had 530m issued shares @ .76p....then paid for CAR with 83m new shares @ 3p = 13.6% of new enlarged share capital = 612m shares in total....Therefore....PMA have aquired all CAR in return for 13.6% stake in enlarged business...New PGR Mkt cap @ 1p per share = £6m.....CAR 13.6% share is valued @ = 700k at current market prices.....3p = mkt cap £18m....IMHO....this is going up dramatically on monday....GLA Reg

.....the group are in negotiations with a number of additional potential customers....under the EMC business model....in the hotel, real eatate, education, retail....and state run enterprises for street lighting...The group is in negatiations with certain banks...regarding debt financing....Signals expansion to me....Company is looking to divest some low margin manufacturing....thus becoming more high margin service orientated....which is excellent news....This company knows what it is doing....and has very clear business plan....namely EMC model....and getting out of manufacturing....GLA Reg

.....Energy Management LED lighting....is where we are headed....in very good company ie Accor Hospitality and Guodian Power two of France/China largest companies....subcontracting LED lighting production to Shanghai Tong Sheng Optic Electronics....to scale up production....Now bring on the massive contracts...GL Reg
