the pyrolysis is not all about coal in fact it is more geared towards plastic to energy hence huge Chinese mkt and no doubt usa and probably the reason they are there. usa plant?

I want to start gaining some trust with these guys again but the last rns was f'd up imo.

it has long been my belief that given all the progress the bod claim to have made that any raising cannot be below the previous 0.5p level (or if they go the daft cons' route the equivalent) which the directors took part in and was according to the rns oversubscribed. It has to be a premium if the pitch is that good, worst 0.5-0.7p area. I'm sure 7bn tonnes of coal and pyrolysis technology will make a good header to feed them!

They only need permits for the thermal coal drilling project and not for Pyrolysis development I believe. They have the funds to drill so this means they are in the US for pyrolysis?. So what happened to the Chinese 'cash' BS BS, we were told they had deep pockets and cash ready so why the need to go to the US BS BS ?

this is an oil producing area, sits next to Wytch farm oil production field so doubt any issues apart from the odd you know who! bring it on

So thermal coal aside which will have hugh value if proved up what % of the 'world class' (NL) resource of 7bn tonnes is viable using pyrolysis? ref recent rns

No they will have to find the goods to get to those levels for sure but both wells have a good cos with Colter having a vg cos given there is already an oil find here. 3-9p depends on success rate is a lot of forecasts going on valuations the upper level of that. You will see Colter sits next to the prolific Wytch Farm oil field, largest onshore field in Europe, produced 450million barrels of oil to date and Boils acreage is updip of this, updip meaning oil has migrated!. Wick also sits next to the Lybster oil field on trend same geology, also another monster field Beatrice which was producing 30-35k bopd at its peak!.

crazy to think this was trading 40/50p+ without any discoveries, now 5/5 and 7e due to complete and its 33p!

caus as they have stated they will sell the thermal coal asset if they can prove it up and probably invest funds into Pyrolysis development?. better not get shafted! the lower grde coal is marked for pyrolysis technology and they have 7bn tonnes of it don't they although not sure the volume for this direction?. if the thermal is sold for a sum which you would think significant then cash should be returned to shareholders and some retained for business expansion.

simpletrading, I think we could hit well hit 7p if both Wick & Colter come in, some targets are up to 9p.
personally have a 3-5p on Wick so if they can deliver 2 good well results we could hit this upper mark imo going on the size of the prize/ values. Not long now!

3.4m buy reported late just under full offer 0.6p.

if they consolidate the options will need to be adjusted accordingly with the strike price relative to the last issue.
they had a strike price of 0.5p but only if the SP achieved 2.5p+

agree, any rns that sends the SP down an unnecessary 40% is daft. I would seriously be looking into who is advising anr on this matter!
