this company now has so many fully funded wells I am losing track. 72% cos on the new acquisition and 56% at Colter is very decent by industry standards where 30% is usually deemed high even in proven areas. gl a little hold of rbd surely a these levels sub 1p.

done some digging. seems this is a northland thing as there has been other rns's put out this week saying the same.

by the way im not bigging the bod up either because so far they have again been a major let down imo which is justified in the SP collapse and grade1 c**p consolidation. nl seems to think he is brilliant but im not seeing it 'yet'!

they have said we await news mid October in the rns for clearance!

I don't know 100m tonnes of thermal coal is not to be sniffed at (9 yr high prices) if it is proved to be viable which according to NL will be (we wait and see). Always thought they could prove this up and reinvest the asset sale into pyrolysis but the pace they move a doubt it. slow beyond words. 2018 nearly gone and another year of f all tangible developments. mou's, possible coal deposits blah blah blah. talk is cheap.

lets hope so as effectively 0.18p! still a mile off just the last placing price 0.5p (500p). they need to get a shift on to make the most of bullish coal it wont stay forever!

well they have said they are funded for coal exploration/ drilling so that would mean they only need funds for the pyrolysis project. another route to funding could be if they have high equity in projects they could sell equity for carry/ development costs as consistent in eg oil exploration /asset development etc. if say they have 80-90% equity offload 40-50% and someone else pays the developments costs while anr retain a decent WI and have zero outlay to revenue.
same plan as arckaringa in the early days with cnooc but obviously went nowhere.

well the bod have put out official rns to suggest the current partners have deep pockets and in interviews repeatedly stated they were willing to put in c$30m which is multiples of SP (NL) It's on video!. So it's a case of show me the money and why the need to go to the USA if the cash is there already???????????????????

if there is a placing it cannot be below the last oversubscribed at 0.5p (500p now). 500p-700p only acceptable.

mike, this was the pre consolidation option price, strike 0.5p but SP needed to achieve 2.5p for a certain timeframe. Not sure if they still exist but would mean they need £25 for them to become active. I don't want any changes other than ratio of consolidation, pointless anyway going on this performance.

NL has gone into hiding and never replies now. Very different to 6 months ago doing the city rounds and bigging it up! look here we are now.

so director options now have a strike price of 500p but only viable if SP surpasses £25 and stays there for a marked out timeframe, more hot air bod!?

you mean plummet further. even at a ****e 0.75p NL has taken this to 0.2p level with an ongoing non delivery despite a lot of talk! not impressed at all, it needs major news to get the boards credibility back a half decent level. jury is out now.
