Wrong! I believe the placing is oversubscribed which means investors are keen to get there hands on these shares. Granted if the investors flip them straight back into the market then this may cause a small over hang causing a minor temporary blip. But if the new shares fall into sticky hands who do not sell then how will this reduce the share price? It won't! Also you failed to mention the 15p warrants attached unlike most aim companies who seem to offer massively discounted warrants these are at a premium, it would appear they are confident of achieving a rise in the current sp. but as always let's see, I have noted though apart from my poor grammar my comments have been correct and factual so far. Not everybody on this board is able to claim that!
