Why?
My take is this is a one asset company where the company only owns part of the asset and the government own the other part. Since the government also dish out the mine licence then they are to all intents and purposes the controlling shareholder. So you have to ask yourself whether any of the majors would want to buy in those circumstances and the answer is clearly not or it would have happened by now. So no possibility of any bid action serves to keep a lid on the SP. That combined with a BoD with, and i being kind here, a sleepy attitude then you have why the SP sits where it is.
If this gets back to 70ish I'll be out tout suite.
