Big trades being reported late again. It’s almost as if the whole system is rigged in favour of those with the most money and power. Isn’t that always the way?

So, anyone coming on here to complain that people are continuing to buy or telling us it’s all over, can do one.

It’s almost like those with the deepest pockets, that have already made vast sums of money, have set the attack dogs loose.

If it’s all over, I wonder why they’re bothering?……

I’m all for people putting their point of view across, which should lead to a healthy and balanced board.

What I don’t understand, is why so many negative posters have been drawn here, and all making the same “it’s bust” or “the equity is worthless” mantra on an endless loop.

That alone indicates that something isn’t right, it’s not just the normal trolling that happens on any depressed stock, it’s more than that.

I would not advocate buying any, although I am almost certain their will be a bounce at some point - a monumental one if there’s anything positive.

I haven’t posted today, but just added my holding to the group that is representing shareholders & trying to get justice. I don’t consider that a waste of a Sunday.

Why don’t you investigate this yourself or form an action group? Or maybe you have no intention of doing anything, but continuing to try and clog up the boards?

You can only imagine the kind of bonus these grifters are on working the boards.

One thing it shows is that the company is most definitely worth fighting for.

If it is all above board, why send the attack dogs with multiple accounts? This is going to get very interesting. I hope that the authorities are up to the task of ensuring that fair play has been in operation, it would appear that there is currently an appetite for sticking up for the little man - corrupt politicians, money men, post office officials & perverts on planes are all in the sights.

The big boys will always make money and come up smelling of roses, the rest of us are feeding off their scraps. This is how life is for the normal man in the street, now, more than ever.

Make sure you send that letter. It might not work, but there’s always a chance.

His posts don’t need to be coherent, just lots of them to drown out any talk of sending letters of complaint. Very transparent, and not very nice. I can only assume there’s something in it for his persistence.

You almost have to admire the one man whirlwind of posting to try and dominate this board with his own view. If he isn’t being paid or isn’t connected somehow, then this is even more admirable.

Dear me. You seem to have a lot of issues and anger. I’ll say it again - nobody should be influenced by anything they see on a free and anonymous bulletin board. Fine if you are, but you are the only person responsible for failure, not anyone else.

I don’t really care to be called a liar, but as this is not the real world & I doubt you’d say that to my face, I don’t think it matters.

I think that many people are deluded if they think anything they say can influence someone’s decision to buy or sell. This is a free and anonymous bulletin board, anyone that bases their finances on something said here should not be allowed access to money.

Hillbilly has now read through all the RNS’s since 2021 and decided that they are lies and that the company is finished. I wish he’d been around earlier instead of waiting until the share price is on the floor and the senior bond holder has (nearly) pulled the plug.

You heard it here first folks, it’s over.

That’s quite a strong accusation that they lied in RNS’s. If they did, they can expect some serious jail time, so I’m sure that anything they put out was checked by their legal team before being published. They may very well be incompetent, but they shouldn’t be breaking the law.

They haven’t defaulted yet though. Just thought I’d point that out.

All will be revealed, and probably by 12:30 tomorrow. Then you can gloat and have all the “told you so’s” you like. It’s almost like some people are desperate for failure and people to lose out.

You are probably right, but just wanted to point out that it isn’t definitely over.

What if the directors find finance?

What if they manage to borrow more money?

What if they go back to the JV with reduced terms?

What if they announce an asset sale?

What if they open the data room and put the whole lot up for sale?

Lots of ifs, but that’s probably why anyone holding continues to do so. Either that or they feel they’ve lost the lot anyway, so might as well see what happens.

We probably don’t have to wait long to find out.

Absolute nonsense to say there is “no chance” of turning this around.

Might be slim, but there is still a chance.

If they manage to secure a relatively small amount of money to satisfy the bond holder, it could be game on.
