It doesn’t matter how many vendors they are in negotiations with, advanced or otherwise. Contacts are all that matter. There seems to be a fair amount of company apologists here. People would be better placed putting pressure on the BOD to actually achieve something, rather than making excuses for them.

The last time the heat was on they came out with a “business update” that did nothing positive. Surely it must be time to give the shareholders something? Current revenues, orders, cash at hand, anything? Letting people guess what’s going on, and the wild speculation this brings, has not been good for shareholders.

Unless this really is a scam that’s being run for the benefit of the few that have been entrusted by us?

A signed contract RNS is the only thing that matters now. 2p is a long, long way away, but was hit briefly after the contract teasing RNS. Time to deliver or turn off the lights and stop the gravy train.

I can’t really understand why people say they’re happy for it to drop so they can “top up” cheaper. This tactic has sadly failed from 60p. I certainly hope it goes up, not down.

I doubt anything will stop the bond holders selling down and taking their profits. Why should they, they haven’t done anything wrong.

The blame lies squarely with our “BoD” and nothing should cloud that fact.

Genuine question here - apart from seeing justice done for any wrongdoing that has obviously happened, is there any hope of a significant increase in share price with the current class action?

I have held here, bought and sold & bought back in today. Have the funders said “let’s screw them for everything” or might they try and ease the pressure by resetting the terms? Should we expect a rebuttal to the class action from “our” BoD?

We all want justice, but I would be happy to make some money back as well.

It does feel like this might actually move up for a change. Lots of positive news, signing some agreements might not be much individually, but having more than one is encouraging.

All of this is good, but if the diamonds drop, then it’s game on. Something must be keeping the debt holders happy, unless they’re being scammed as well - which I doubt.

They have the same MO - wronged holders that are angry with holders rather than the company. Transparent, but persistent. I would think they will be getting ever more nervous. Expect a full on assault all weekend.

It’s strange that some of the biggest detractors have a price that they would buy at, almost as if they are acknowledging this is a good company and just want in cheaper.
