If I am right and they had already placed 20 out of 30 mill shares, then we are getting near to the nitty gritty.

.. Will they place all 30 mill, or will they only place 25 mill and keep the last 5 Mill for themselves???

.. Having paid 1.65 for £500/_ worth (30 mill shares), and placed / sold them @2p ish, then they only need to sell 25 mill I order to get all of their money back, and the last 5 Mill are Free.

.. If this is the way they are going, then they only need to place/ sell about another 3.5 mill.... Or we need to see turnover of about another 7 mill (half buy half sale).... Which means we are almost there.

.. These figs could easily be a bit adfift, so don't get too cleaver waiting for them to run out.

. If they are going to place/sell the whole 30 mill, then maybe they have another 8 mill to go.

---They have the fire power to hold the SP while they get their clients in---once they have finished then the brakes should come off.

Where ever all that stock was coming from at 2p it seems to be running out now.

.. Now the sp should rise as the rump of the stock gets taken.

. Now we wait for news about the NEDS, and this will move the sp up further.

.. After that we have an AGM, followed by our complete package being presented to the GOB,

.. Surely that time is now, as Bangla has been hit by a perfect storm, and SH has been backed into dead end alley, all of her own making.

... Next we have the NED situation, and I'm sure the Co have this in hand, and will appoint 1/2 shortly, which will take away any fear of suspension or delisting.

.. And then we have the potential of presenting our plan to GOB, in the very near future.

I've not said a lot on the Christian T. W.... Namely because we don't know for sure what has gone on behind closed doors.

. I have plenty of theories and guess work, but that's all they are, and are best left unsaid on here.

. What we do know, is that without CTW on the bod, then our Nomad is demanding the appointment of a couple of suitable replacements, or they would be forced to resign.

. We knew the Co have been actively looking at people, and now we have the resignation of CTW which will take effect on the 29 of this month.

.. So have we found our NED replacements and our Nomad is just doing the last DD before we announce.

. Is this why we are now seeing this increase in volume.

If you just look at the lumps including the after hours trades, that 5.3 mill..... About 6.3 mill in total.

.... It won't take long to clear at this rate.

.. Looks like certain mmk's have taken a fair portion of the fund raise stock onto their books, and are feeding it out to retail buyers. ... Looking at the lumps that are now changing hands, it won't be long before this overhang will be cleared and the sp will be released.

. If on top of this, we also get news on the required NED s, then maybe we will get a substantial rerate coming soon.

Can't agree with that YKIR-----I certainly don't see us being de-listed.

---It will only take the addition of one or two, good quality NED's to satisfy our Nomad, and comply with aims rules.

-This really has nothing to do with de-listing and more to do with the power between the Chairman and the CEO.

--On what we have seen CTW is a breathe of fresh air, and maybe he should be promoted to a permanent role as Chairman.

Clearly a power struggle going on here between Tang and CTW.------From sh point of view it must be better to have the full BOD engaged in every aspect of the project and planning and not all in the hands of one individual.

-If there are no skeletons coming out of the wardrobe about CTW, and it is purely a power struggle, then we need to be given the full story in order to be able to vote correctly.

-How the Co can give us clear information and guidance, when the CEO has instigated the whole process, is going to be interesting.

--- We cannot be expected to vote, without the facts, but who in the co is going to be able to give the other side of the story to the one that Tang is putting out.-----he's their boss.

--Judging by this detailed RNS (the best we have ever had)---it would seem that we should hang on to CTW at all costs.
