Just read those comments about Anu from Searcher earlier, and think he, s making a really good point...

... For years, right from 2006, he's been an absolute pain in the backside, a real thorn in our side, as he has taken any opportunity he can to beat his no mining drum... As far as he was concerned it was almost criminal to even consider digging up the rice fields, just to get dirty polluting coal... He has used every argument he could think of to try and block any progress.

... Now he has finally admitted that the country have taken the wrong path over all those years.. The gob must now make difficult decisions and change course.

.... And with all the talk of mining own coal and even open pit mining... he has gone noticeably silent...

. There is a sea change occurring and even he has realised, it's time to use their our assets, and that includes opm.

----I'm still sticking by my numbers from yesterday---and think there are fewer Subscription shares floating around than people think.

-Maybe down to 6 mill as of last night------and already 1 mill have traded this morning, which would knock that down to around 5.5 mill up for grabs.

---They will be gone before you realise, and you will only spot it when there is no seller for a day or two.

Hi Adam ---lets just take a really simply look at the figs.

-Since the 16th shares traded amount to around 40 mill.----If we assume half are sales, then 20 mill have gone.

-But that's too simple.

-I watched the days when every buy was getting filled "DIRECT" from the inhouse sell order, so on those days virtually all the T/O were sales ---(buys filled by direct sales).

-It's been a hard one to follow but i'm fairly confident my figs (6-8 mill left to sell), are much nearer the mark than yours.

-We could easily go home one evening only to see a large late trade, and that will be that.

-As I said, it may take a day or two after they have finish, before people realise that there is no longer a seller----That is what happened with the last raise---2.2 for 3 days after they finished and then a straight line to 9.5 p.

-Getting to the stage where trying to be too clever could be a mistake.

-Just my opinion.

Shagged---you are of course right as to how Axis is handling this Subscription----but I have different figs than you.

-Been keeping a close eye on all the T/O since the 16th, and working out what could be sales by them.---Also, have tried to second guess as to where they would stop selling ---ie when they have recovered their £2 mill outlay--would they then "run the rest"

-My best guess as at 10 am on Fri and using an average of 7.2p , was that they had 7 mill to go, to take them to about 27.6 mill to have recouped their money.

-At least another 1Mill gone so far today (even at the rock bottom 6.5p), so starting to run out fast now, and could explain why they are happy to take down to 6.5p just to clear it.

---A day or two for it to sink in that the seller is no more, then we will move straight back up.

Yup, this is one of those "major projects" that Hasina will want to have a fanfare announcement over, amid maximum publicity.

---A project worth up to $100 bill with an initial outlay of $1 bill from Power China, is "Major" in any bodies language, and it will not be left to underling ministers, to announce.

---A formal signing between Hasina and China is what you would expect.

-Send the Finance Minister out there next month, to do all the paper work and agree the figs, followed by a bit of DD, and then the formal announcement from Hasina and China when everybody is agreed on the detail , a little later on.

-In the meantime things will leak out from various meetings ect, (we await news from the one last weeks), and it will be all well known, and out in the open, long before the big whoha signing ceremony.

-Greater ties, loans, funding projects, it all smooths the path to OPM at Phulbari.

-Cant be long before we start seeing the GL on the horizon.

Firstly let me thank you Searcher for all this work.-----now lets see what's really there.

----The thing to take on board is that this is almost a BBC programme, and has included lots of past comments and history to give a complete picture, so we have to start stripping out old stuff and attributing the new stuff to the correct party, and that may not be how the BBC have made it come across.

-All the part starting ---"we are working at the Barra mine" is old and came from the CEO (i think) of Petrobangla last year--( and not as the BBC made it sound , from the Energy Minister in his recent comments)--What he really wanted to say was that Petrobangla's other deposit at Dighipara is ready to be mined via the underground method bla bla bla.

-The point the BBC failed to push was that the Energy Ministry has been looking again at all the coal deposits and studying how each can be utilised.

----You have to remember that Shk Hasina herself attended one of the EM meetings earlier THIS year, and its a dot on the cards that coal extraction and Phulbari was top of the agenda.

-So now we come to the comments from the Energy Minister, given to the BBC last week, that have created all the excitement, and that the BBC have built this programme around.

----These are the only bits of the whole thing that really matter..

Bought a couple of lots today--all showing as sales---tried to buy @6.75 just now ----NT.

-Remember that subscription stock is at 6.50p ----plus a bit of financing and expenses, so cant see it going below that level.

Some great stuff here today and all pointing to OPM at Phulbari.

-I would doubt that tomorrow's meeting, it being the first, will come to any firm decisions.

-But I'm sure there will be plenty of discussion about own coal and in particular OP mining both at Phulbari and Barra.----Will we here about those talks straight away---i would doubt it.

-I'd expect a little bit of reflexion and then maybe something to come either from Hasina, or just in the press later in the week, or even after one or two more meetings.

-What I am now 90 % certain of --is that it's coming
