I have in fact overloaded here and reduced by taking some profit low 500s days ago.
Of course chastised myself but as they say " a bird in hand" yesterday's drop cheered me up a bit though. Where will she go from here probably up but the balance in my account looks nice for now

The SP has never reached 660p and therefore to suggest at least reaching this figure is quite misleading and obviously incorrect.

Of course it's a buy @ 318p just hold onto it and you will make money.
However IMHO it's not a BESTBUY! due to my opinion that it will head down before the big rise.
My intention therefore is to judge the bottom as close as I can. Then it will be a BESTBUY!

RG. I have seen what you describe in various Companies. Of course the ideal it seems is to have senior management who have done their time at various levels. At the same time what's needed are the abilities only found by executive experience. What usually happens is that a CEO will reinforce his experience with the assistance of a good team.
It's sad that earlier hope of a better relationship seem to be at best on the back burner. Hopefully the current situation is more a question of management believing that any offer would get summarily dismissed and the threats would start.
I do have a sneaking suspicion that the current situation is more for show on both sides. We shall see, but whatever happens RMG will still be standing when the dust settles.

RG. There is no doubt that improvements could and should be made. My understanding is that the CEO had been more hands on than the previous.
We shall learn in due course exactly what the intentions are in order to rectify the issues such as you have mentioned. I just believe "Jaw,Jaw is better than War, War".
This current impasse will be sorted with constructive dialogue.

Dyna, Thank you for the detailed information which is appreciated. Of course a pay cut isn't acceptable even if £12.00. However with regard to actual salary my understanding is that the offer is a % increase on the previous year. Even if it's not considered sufficient it is an increase.
Am I correct in my understanding that remuneration has increased previously year on year ?
My understanding is that Sunday working is usually paid at premium rate but it should not be compulsory. Family time is essential and should be sacrosanct.

Yes, a distinct advantage after all the shorters play book has to have a beginning and end. As long as you know the end game the rest is really just padding.
The BOD need to hold course and show leadership. The alternative is watching a group of ******* feather their nests on the backs of the working public who were not given preferential rates etc.
