Interesting find seems to be one union supporting the other with clear advice to do the job your employed to do but nothing more providing you act appropriately. Seems fair enough if the individual wishes to support a union colleague while not in any way taking IA himself. We do see however that there are many that do not agree with IA although being union members. We're also hear of those that are prepared to muck-in and assist the Company. I do hope this attitude is considered when advancement or indeed any reductions to the workforce might be considered. Staff loyal to the Company are more useful going forward.
