Postal workers in Merseyside walked out on a wildcat strike on Wednesday after a manager allegedly made a racist comment to a Muslim employee.

The female manager is said to have asked the worker “do you like women?” after giving him work instructions. This remark was, understandably, badly received as it refers to negative stereotypes about Muslim men.

Questions raised are "racist or stupid" how on earth is anyone able to reach a conclusion unless the entire conversation is released verbatim ?
The conversation could be "I only have male friends" "why is that, do you like women"
I know racism exists but it's not endemic. Some people like to portray it as such to use it as a catch all. Some actions are due to poor performance not the colour of someone's skin.
No I don't have a racist bone in my body. I dislike young or old black or white rich or poor. Never due to their colour.
