Isle thank you for the clarification. However I assume (perhaps wrongly) ? that RMG are paying the agency a rate equal to or below the RMG workers hourly rate.
Out of interest. If the employee is not obliged to work overtime and the employer is entitled to employ agency staff to fulfill the task. Is the employer obliged to offer the overtime to the employee?

JB. Good morning. No doubt you have returned from your holiday fighting fit. So much nicer currently that we do not have to defend ourselves from the comments that strayed far from shareholders discussions. Maybe, just maybe there is the realisation that the aggresive bluster was not helpful. We shall see.
The SP has been bouncing around these past days but in doing so reached new heights for recent times. The results this coming week followed shortly by the dividend are eagerly awaited. One of our brethren already out spending his future gains. I remain optimistic as always.

Honestly, these decisions are based part knowledge, part luck.
I am long on my main holding while playing with a smaller stake. Where I not, sharedealing would for me be rather dull.
Secret is to get it right more often than not that's key.
It's my understanding fruit has a similar attitude.

Nice to start the day in the Blue (Royal Blue) for feline. We enter into a very interesting period now, with lots to keep us occupied. I have a few quid ready to take advantage of any potholes.
