Clearly not advertising everything on here has advantages. I had a response, so if you feel there has been some foul play, submit a request in detail and add to the others. I'm guessing all the complaints will be the same. It's your investment so you can moan or do something about it. Everyone has to do their bit. Red
Biffbaff, Did you try writing in? I had no problems and even posted a how to for others to do the same.
Merry Christmas Justin and well done to all survey respondents
And a full audit of the company by a reputable firm, to make sure there is nothing suspect. Hiding in the closet of accounts if 80m has gone in its all accounted for along with full SAMREC asset valuations ontop of normal asset's.
George, An open offer was to costly for PI's according to the guy who brokered one for his long term friend in a record time. The reason the figures won't be given are its suspected that the number of votes used perhaps isn't all it seems. No reason to hide it, its been requested several times from BHR but they wont provide it. Even St brides media do not respond, all looks like BHR's house of cards may be toppled.
Andy, As you rightly say, there are so many things not adding up here. From 80m already invested and were still not T1, JV's you can't find anything on, audited accounts and strange asset values, secrets on the sublease, ceasing production, dodgy share purchases, saying PI'S had dialogue with BHR on what was fair, breaching their own documentation and finally cutting off all communications with the majority that they need on side. Takes all sorts I guess, either way won't be long before questions and answers start.
Andy,
Good question, already 80m USD has been spent in BHR, and yet we still don't produce anything. Lewis at least managed to produce as we are using trucks and we made some money. We now have rail and the same setup even with more money spent and suspended operations. Really makes no sense when you look at it, could be Toni and guy will put in a bid to add some diversity from perms and crew cuts?
I was half expecting this one. Larkster remember its a YES vote on all of them mate....see you next week at Bingo mucker....Rowan says thanks. Donation by Justin Farr-Jones on 15/12/14 £56,055 + £0.00 Gift Aid
Haso, That is a question for RK and JFJ, why don't you ask them. They are currently still in charge at BHR. If you do hold any shares here perfectly within your rights, assuming you do hold. What would your plan be?
Results are in, big thank you to everyone that took time to share their thoughts on "Scissor gate" Lets keep it SHORT, we can look BACK AND no changing SIDES. The results look like PI's believe that the chairman was up to no good and should be for the chop. Is the chairman Hair today and gone tomorrow http://www.filedropper.com/allegationsurveydata Looks like the board voted as well in this survey when you look at the results.
.
Here is a how to for registering your votes. http://www.filedropper.com/howtovote-broker-by-broker
.
You must get all shareholders on board, do this via LSE and ADVFN and III if you want to vote against it. Remember you are on a time scale you you have to get as many people proxy their votes assuming PI's hold more than 25% of the votes if they are resolution or special resolutions you will need many more to vote them down. Contact the II's and try to get them on your side too. Get some surveys out and posted and get some numbers to gauge where you are. Company will try as many sh*tty tricks such as warrant executions and may even try to buy vote's in order to maintain the majority and get the motions through. You must get as many people as you can at the meeting that they hold and show some numbers. Hands are what you need, so you need to start the revolution, mention we did it here, RRL did it there so it is possible but only if you all get together and stick together.
Interesting we only have around 35 respondents, but way more people on LSE. If you have not completed it, please do so and we can see how shareholder perception is seen and share the results, with you all and the Board of directors of Beacon Hill Resources and Institutional Investors. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RWZMXHT
and liquid soap in the showers.
If you want to complain about BHR to the correct body and want real success. Remember all complaints are confidential you submit, so it is of course to okay to say "I have complained" But should never say what it is you complained about as the nature of it is confidential. Last thing you want is to tip off who ever it is with your complaint or complaints for them to try to cover any tracks. Once complaint is lodged your part is over and await the result of the investigation. This is what I would advise in order to make a strong complaint to the body responsible in order that you don't waste time in back and forward correspondence, if you want to complain about any irregularities you feel should be investigated under AIM Rules. This would be the best way to do it. You cant just complain BHR have broke rules, you must say what those rules are they have broken. As already stated, if there are lots of complaints and you feel that rules have been broken saying and doing is going to bring more rewards, than just having a moan on here. Doing your bit is of equal importance. How to be effective if you want to go the extra mile. 1.Put together a very comprehensive package to make it easier and faster, detailing your complaint or complaints. 2.List document references, dates, people, provide URLs to those documents, attachments, etc etc 3.mail the body at aimregulation@lseg.com with the package you put together. Don't Blame it on the moonlight, don't blame it on the good good time's don't blame it on the coal price. From ADVFN supporters: http://uk.advfn.com/news/UKREG/2013/article/59384658 September 2013 Beacon Hill CEO, Rowan Karstel said, "This Reserve statement not only demonstrates that Minas Moatize remains robust during this period of depressed coal prices. but also acts as an important step in optimising the Company's reserve inventory to provide significant upside as coal prices recover" Interesting quote as recently it was the coal price, coal prices have not been reduced that much in a year.
Hi Phil Then you are RRL Phil and I applaud what you did over there if you are, great work. Ignore the comment its my reading or lack of it. ;-) 'normal' group of directors....you nailed it Sir with that comment. Wouldn't be surprising that the firm is somehow related in some way Toni&Guy Insolvency Ltd, or Rowena Karstelo Insolvency Ltd, Jones & Lark Insolvency Ltd, all based in Mauritius or Arthur creek or some cobblers charging seven times the going rate. Great work over at RRL if it is you, and good to see AIM shareholders taking the fight to companies.
