Adrian Hargrave, CEO of SEEEN, explains how the new funds will accelerate customer growth Watch the video here.
Man I remember when this was launched with mass hype, I hope IoT works for the pallet as the American market could be huge http://www.sharecast.com/news/rm2-playing-testing-role-in-at-t-lte-m-development/25558766.html https://www.orange.com/en/content/download/41381/1282534/version/1/file/RM2-to-Present-the-Future-of-IoT-Pallets-at-GSMA-Global-Mobile-IoT-Summit-at-Mobile-World-Congress-2017_Feb-8-Press-Release.pdf https://www.packworld.com/trends-and-issues/traceability-authentication-serialization/rm2-launches-smart-pallet-uses-atts-lte
Don't worry about the spelling the ex CEO doesn't. RK is "Execitive Strategic Development at RSVENCO" says a lot when you can't even spell "Executive" at ex CEO level for that salary, you get what's on the tin - another epic fail to add to the CV. PM would have been simpler. https://za.linkedin.com/pub/rowan-karstel/14/558/b2a Here is what he said at the coal conference in May 2015 being an oracle of mining, logistics and captain of industry, slide three says "competent persons report" from arse venco with BHR and not being able to spell correctly does make you wonder. http://www.slideshare.net/TristanWiggill/coal-logistic-challenges-in-Mozambique
Then would the person that posted that comment be better placed to ask? You could ask BT as they are responsible for BHR Administration. I haven't had anything back from GB saying its all over is all I could say as its true. This is the communication from BT below, perhaps give GB a call or Zoe Percy. They and they only would be the people to confirm it or deny it. Not anyone on a BB. http://www.bakertilly.co.uk/media/news/Statement-re-Administration-of-Beacon-Hill-Resources-Plc-and-BHR-Mining-Limited-UK.aspx
We will have to wait, if anyone thinks they can do better then take up the baton from where it is then do so. Its a spiders web of companies, and just like LOND, AMI and all the rest of them these are not going to be answered overnight due to the complexity of them. Update will come when it comes and no sooner. No point ranting about it on BB's, people are doing this for free, and also have their own stuff to take care of. You could congratulate the ex CEO on his new job, trickier to spell than CEO was by the looks of it. Or call him up and ask him what he has done with the assets, he was the CEO after all. https://za.linkedin.com/pub/rowan-karstel/14/558/b2a Or if he wont answer call Lynette who now works as a Coal Trader at Oreport Pty Ltd and ask for some answers. Far better than posting on here.
They are not, what might happen in 100 years one is found, more than likely the only one, the one stolen from the Tate Gallery in 2014. As its the only one in existence will be worth more than the MCAP of RM2 as it has provenance. Rumour has it Damien Hirst also did a series of RM2 screen prints which are also worth a fortune of you see them at a car boot your on a winner, apart from that the only advertising is on here about the history of the one blocpal pallet ever made.
African Minerals Limited + African Minerals Engineering Limited "Any issue with one of the Company’s subsidiaries could have a major impact of the Company’s ability to operate" RNS Number : 6153I African Minerals Ltd 26 March 2015 African Minerals Limited ("African Minerals", "AML", or "the Company") Appointment of Administrators Further to the announcement of 6 March 2015, the Company advises that pursuant to orders of the High Court in London, Neville Kahn and Ian Wormleighton of Deloitte LLP, 66 Shoe Lane, London, EC4A 3BQ have today been appointed as joint administrators of the Company and of its subsidiary African Minerals Engineering Limited RNS Number : 8223G African Minerals Ltd 06 March 2015 African Minerals Limited ("African Minerals", "AML", or "the Company") Decision to appoint administrators and resignation of Nomad The Board of African Minerals Limited has decided to apply to appoint administrators of the Company
Start setting up alternative web site as your Nomad went 6th March, once you delist which is 30 days post exit of the Nomad the BB here will be wiped. No exemptions will be given from LSE on keeping it open. At least try to keep members together for the road ahead, if you haven't already done this. GLA
You need to establish the companies within the company to be able to have a guess on a layout. Once you know the linkage between them, as assets will be distributed across various subsidiary companies only then will you know how it looks, in a knee bone is connected to the thigh bone style and what each part holds in assets and secured loans to really work out how it affects you. I feel all your pain here, long road ahead for you.
I can second that, with many that the details are tricky to verify, questions added about other things BHSAC on the verification requests, incorrect details, people with multiple accounts, people requesting receipt of mail's....the admin burden on this is becoming heavy. Please be patient, it's not a help desk with a one hour turn around time or manned 24/7, its ad hoc with people managing to do what they do and also the stuff people take for granted in the background which is time consuming. Please keep that in mind when sending in a mail to the mailbox.
There are things still going on in the background.
http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=AMI&ArticleCode=336wf82k&ArticleHeadline=Financing_Update All locked in and told, thanks for your money, enjoy the bus ride home....oh sorry we meant the walk home and we will take your shoes too thank you. "In the event that a funding solution is successfully reached, it is highly likely that the outcome would leave little or no value for AML's shareholders" AIM really does need regulating, LOND, BHR, AMI looks to be the next one on that announcement. The casino seems to get bigger and bigger when you look at things like this occurring, to the point where nothing surprises anyone any longer.
Haso, Not sure on your agenda here, it's one of constant negativity and who knows that may just be your DNA. That's okay if it is as no one can change their DNA. People have explained why, over the months and majority understand that. Research the company may help you with what you seem to be struggling with as the information is all there in the RNS's. Perhaps make yourself known at a BHSAC meeting and put forward your views away from the keyboard F2F with people, like other shareholders are prepared to do. No one helped the BOD in terms of people voting no, that's where your struggle seems to be in acceptance of that.
Emkaybee, The key wording is "According to the email I got from the Administrators - Private Investors have Lost Everything !!" That is not what BT said and not what their bulletin says either. Shareholders didn't do this, if you think that they placed the company in this position that's a very skewed and misplaced view. One that isn't shared by many hence the outcome of the vote. A big TY for everyone that is supporting the BHSAC and the general comments regarding the situation, well done for sharing your thoughts on being able to see what the situation was. As ever people are working away FOC and giving an awful lot of their time up from what they do to try to right some wrongs for the people that do appreciate the situation. ;-)
Even with the (verified user) ?
I think you have been mailed Eric, check your inbox
Emkaybee, That isn't what the BT website says, when I get a notification saying I have lost everything is when that becomes a reality, same as all shareholders. For that to take place all assets would have to have been located and valued and even sold to work that out if there were any coins left for anyone to pay with. To do that in world record time would be some miracle. http://www.bakertilly.co.uk/media/news/Statement-re-Administration-of-Beacon-Hill-Resources-Plc-and-BHR-Mining-Limited-UK.aspx
I received the corporate action from my broker today, don't panic if you get one. Its just informing you via your broker that the company is delisting in progress, this is something we already know via the RNS system so is now filtering across brokers. Once this de-lists the board will be closed so please update your bookmarks to the ones below. LSE General board for BHR if this one is closed suddenly http://www.lse.co.uk/general-chat-discussion.asp?TopCode=BM6EF3UW BHSAC http://www.bhr-investors.com/ Contents of the broker note if you get one: We write to inform you that the Company has been placed into the hands of Administrators and has requested the cancellation from trading its Ordinary Shares on AIM. Graham Bushby and Phillips Sykes of Baker Tilly Restructuring and Recovery LLP have been appointed as Administrators. There is no need for you to take any action. Your portfolio will be amended to reflect the above event. Should you require any further assistance on this matter please do not hesitate to contact your Account Executive. Yours sincerely,
Mozambique coal blocks, this would be an ideal solution to BHR's problems. Coal that has no apparent value and in abundance, a mine that's up for sale, would really be a no brainer. Also would answer the question on if BHR do have any coal in either asset as quoted in RNS's on coal that can be sold, The mine used to produce coal and actually shipped some once upon a time. The mind boggles with BHR its assets and the strategy etc etc. http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/tamil-nadu/nlc-sets-ambitious-target-for-power-generation/article6828985.ece For establishing the fuel linkage for the NTPL project the NLC had proposed to acquire coal block abroad. In this connection offers had been received from Mozambique, Australia and Indonesia and these were being evaluated
"the BOD need to explain how this company is in administration" The BOD need to explain why only "part" of this company is in administration, that would include explaining it to Baker Tilly based on the accounts of the group which were signed off and the contents of that sign off. We will have to wait for that explanation from the Administrator, I'm sure they are just as perplexed with the situation at a guess. I'll bet its not easy just coming in to try to work out what is what here in BHR with everything that has occurred, lets wait and see what their take on this is. They do have their own team in forensic services to be able to get a handle on this. http://www.bakertilly.co.uk/casestudies/Pages/Investigation-of-an-alleged-fraud.aspx
I have covered that with LSE, once we de-list the board goes so may be pretty fast once if it does happen. They would not extend the board being open even under the circumstances at BHR. I tried, but the rules are on delisting we go, I have placed this on ADVFN and if anyone has access to DTM and III throw it on there too LSE General chat BHR board http://www.lse.co.uk/general-chat-discussion.asp?TopCode=BM6EF3UW Shareholder action group site http://www.bhr-investors.com/
