SP weak because of new tax code passed by DRC parliament although not yet signed into statute by the President. Mining companies in DRC continue to object and say future investment in DRC will dry up. Also outbreak of fighting in Eastern DRC and upcoming Presidential election could result in civil war breaking out again. DRC no longer viewed as stable enviroment for mining and future investment. Outlook not promising for RRS share price at the moment. To answer the question specifically latest SP weakness because of outbreak of fighting and hundreds of thousands fleeing DRC to Uganda as refugees

Latest broker targets £95 and £97,50 Goldman Sachs 115 but may be dollar quote (£81) Good for medium term and more if gold should go back to $1400 40% upside looks good

Gain today because gold price up following Fed meeting (obvious). More important unlikely Fed will up rates before December if then. This means gold price will remain steady or increase and enable RRS to maximise revenue from gold sales in 2016 FY and so alleviate what could have been a poor year due to technicalproblems at mines. Meeting target for 2016, increased resources and increased dividend for 2017 bodes well

AMA investor relations told me about six weeks from offer. That makes approx 15 April Wait for date of AMA General meeting and timescale ieffective date 2 weeks later. Would not leave too long Have sold my 700,000 shares with Halifax share dealing as they cannot deal with ASX and have come up with some trumped plan of Depository interest for which we are not even registered on ASX as owners. Will give up Warrants entitlement and buy back if and when they have London listing. Alternative plan would be to buy back through broker that deals with ASX.

Dibs61, Perhaps I am to blame. Sold my holding of 280K shares at 12.8 this morning having bought at an average price of 18.. Why? My Halifax on-line account will not deal in ASX shares so I would need to transfer out. No problem because I have a broker account that does but they tell me the transfer could take 6 - 8 weeks so cannot transfer before the merger date of mid April. See time-line on PRU website although could after the merger and be in limbo for a couple of months.. Also, The revenue from PRU mine will be significantly less for 2016 and 2017 as they transition to a new pit. Only after that will revenues be higher and as they say develop new mines including YRE. The timescale for pouring gold from YRE is 2019 and no doubt there will be delays so say 2020. Even then they may have to raise additional cash. This has become a jam tomorrow investment possible over 5 years , too long for me! I have reinvested in Blackrock World Mining Trust (BRWM) and will await developments at PRU before hopefully reinvesting. Of course we miss the warrant offer but not to worry.

Re Listings. My interpretation of RNS was that they will seek a LSE listing. Maybe I am jumping the gun. If no UK listing many will be in trouble as most UK brokers, in particular on-line do not deal in ASX and TSX shares, Could be very problematic for me. We need clarification.

Yes, 0.34 warrants for each AMA share held. So if you have 100,000 AMA shares you will receive 68,000 PRU shares plus 3400 warrants ( options) to buy more shares at about 20% above closing price on conclusion of deal within 36 months, .You cannot sell warrants as they will not be listed but are transferable to your loved ones if this helps tax problems! My understanding is that AMA will be delisted from AIM and PRU will join the LSE market so no problem except prices in AX overnight when we are sleeping will effect prices when we can buy on LSE next morning!

The reason sp has stalled is because PRU.AX price on AX has fallen because of dilution. May fall further tonight Lower the AX price lower our offer price. Offer price now equivalent to 12.5 p (excluding future warrant purchases).

Yes, plenty of gold in the ground but no funding to extract the gold and current funding running out end H1 this year. Need to get the gold out of the ground We must await funding news.

The share price will not move before the BFS is released, additional funding obtained for 2016 and funding to build the mine announced either by joint venture or other means. Remember current funding runs out end H2. Either way there is likely to be a dilution of equity. Does not look good in current climate although any increase in gold price would help.

The funding was agreed in exchange for shares at 16p as per the previous fund raising. As the share price has fallen to 10p AMA decided that a deal at 10p would result in too big a dilution for AMA shareholders. The deal is still on the table should AMA need the funds in the next 12 months or so but the share price needs to rise to circa 16p or we suffer significant dilution at a lower price..

Even John McGloin may have to pull rabbits out of the hat to stave off a takeover at give away price and then raise the massive amount of capital required to build the mine compared with current market capitalisation We shall see how it all pans out - hopefully profitable for private investors.

Have contacted AMA. The 12 million trades most of which were recorded as sells were in fact cross trading. One institution sold mega shares which were bought by another institution at the same price .The trade screens could not keep up with events. No need to panic and the share price remained steady.

Well, better hurry up, share price heading south every session despite all the PR and attending conferences from South Africa to USA and no doubt beyond. Just getting frustrated. Have not read share profits article as not a registered member. Perhaps someone could post a copy..
