Being cynical the 3 sells suppress the price keeping the 7 day VWAP in check

Not me just added 200/120 and 80 in 3 buys.

Just to be clear I am not defending the boards track record just being pragmatic.

6 years ago their were 160m shares in issue and now that figure is 256m, by most company standards that is not a lot of dilution over the time period. many small development and pharmas have 5x that amount over the same time frame. The company flew to high too quickly and being greedy I and some others did not take advantage, that is our fault and nobody elses.

We are now entering a what I believe to be a period of sustained growth but there is a little bit of pain to come before we begin the journey.

I would not be surprised to see around 100m shares added to the register in a place/CLN hopefully above 0.5 but probably not.

We would still only be at double the count of 6 years ago but ready to move forward with mutual interests.

If they did place/CLN and the price was substantially higher before next years AGM he would be reelected

The word expects is the kicker. A CLN to rapidly advance opportunities would be sold as a positive.

I am invested because I am greedy and want to make money. This share may or may not do that.

They owe me no more than a horse trainer does if I placed a tenner on the 3.15 at Ascot, they do the work and feel they deserve the rewards.

I have been able to build a good stake in a company valued at less than 1.5m due to their actions and going forward I would rather out interests were aligned.

Why are so many holders still here if you hate the company so much. It has finally gaining traction towards cashflow and is priced to fail which at this stage makes no sense to me.

The reduction in the nominal is to allow TB and the directors to increase their stake in the company before it rises.

I could be wrong but I expect a CLN as this does not breach the holdings rules until converted, it could be explained as capital to speed growth as opposed to day to day expenses.

If it is a placing then thats not as welcome but will still give TB his cut.

For transparency I have voted for the reduction as I see this as the catalyst for the principle players to load up and drive the share price forward.

As I hold 2.5% of the company I will increase my shares to stay at this amount once I know the plan going forward.

The .5362 was a buy. I hesitated and missed it so ended up paying .59

Hi Tyke 5.2 m shares and my only questions are

1.Sales for Q1 and projected revenue

2.What savings have been made and the amount

Kirkstall was only 3 months of revenue to us but FY was 123k

I think sales of both IB clinic and Nimble are getting traction in the market in 2026 (been a long wait)

Might be wrong but this is the first year we have not been warned of going concern issues in the results.

I did not invest in this company as a pharma so as long as we have a long term interest in GAM even at a small percentage I am happy to see it sidelined.

If this drops below 0.5 for no apparent reason I will add.

In the current year we are projecting a small profit and importantly, expect to have sufficient working capital without the need to approach shareholders for new funds before this year end and hopefully beyond."

Still expect CLN (to advance projects) but at a higher level than current price as was the case last time.

Even conversion around 0.8/9 still leaves TB with a profit from his last sale.

Sorry been away for the weekend.

I have 3.6m shares and whilst happy to pledge this as leverage to prompt some engagement with the company I will not be making demands.

I knew the risks and possible pitfalls with regard to the current ownership and invested because I believed that the imaging technology could one day be ground breaking.

Virtually all boards of directors care about shareholders in the same way a race horse owner thinks of punters betting on his horse in the 3.15 at Ascot.

TB funded this company at the outset and wants his pound of flesh if it comes good.

I am sitting on my hands until the CLN/placing and I will then add accordingly.

Good luck to everybody and if this share is causing you too mush grief and anger as seems to be the case with some holders (not you Tyke you are being proactive) perhaps better to take the hit and move on.

If your worried do a dummy buy of 1000 shares it will only add a fiver or so for the trade

Did my buys with A J Bell and IG both went through at the quoted price.

Not me selling, have 4m as trimmed a bit when we hit 1.2 a few months ago. Only looking to add now when the CLN happens as I cannot see any other way for TB to bring his holding back up.

Does not have to be at a discount as previously shown.

Minchin had 4.6m so over £1.3m if sold at average 25/26p not bad for a years work

Added 400k in 3 chunks, hoping the recent weakness was down to the 3m seller exiting

Currently 6m shares so around 2.5%, will stay around this level and add if placing/CLN.

Have set a limit of 5% of my total portfolio so can also add if other stocks do well. Had a nice bump thanks to Hemo which i had held for 5 years so it can happen.

Sorry meant some could sell some existing holdings to convert or take part in premium placing.

The first two have about 6 months left to run.

Thought it was an interesting exercise given the willingness of some shareholders (wish i had sent that email to you) to help the company.

Given headroom some may convert to take part in premium placings again, especially if new warrants were also on offer.
