Last years cash burn was high due to the ongoing, at the time, trials. I don’t think this next phase will be the same costs so cash runway may well be extended. That’s my assumption and I may be wrong.

The comment from John at the AGM was a genuine slip of the tongue and he, IMO, gave the game away.

The change of direction was at the request of a 'partner' albeit in name. Possibly linked to Tim stepping down?

Tim and John didn't just wake up one morning and decide to change course... the carrot has been dangled, they liked what they saw and changed course. I would imagine/hope there is an informal agreement of sorts... but unsure if that would have to be RNS'd?

FWIW I think Sareum will be gone, by late summer, and we will all, well the genuine holders here, will be a lot better off financially.

I may be wrong... who really knows how this will play out, but I am convinced we will have been brought out lock stock.....

My take on it is they must be confident of a deal in the short term.. because firstly the rush to get this through - has to ask your self why? And in the week of the AGM, where they have to face up and take the flack..why would they do this with no imminent good news? not like the BOD to set themselves up for a hard time is it...

My weird Monday morning mind tells me something else will be announced prior to the AGM... BWTFDIK...
