Anyway back to bb comments.. I find both extremes embarrassing as it dilutes level headed chat and turns into a slanging match. I also don’t believe posts on a board like this will influence the sp either way. And anyone who buys or sells on anonymous comments shouldn’t be allowed pocket money!
Doesn’t take away the fact that I’ll support my investment against obvious scaremongering.

I have never encouraged the £40 brigade as you call them. I doubt it will reach those heights as SAR as we know it won’t exist before it gets there… just my view.
What gets me wound up is the constant negative sniping on something that you say you are invested in. It’s like paying for a season ticket for your footie team and going the game and booing the players for 90 minutes every week… just seems crazy to me.
I’m not happy about the sp and I’m not happy with the comms from the bod… but if and until we get bad news they have my support. I view anyone with constant negativity as suspicious especially when it’s empty comments with nothing to back it up. The majority of positive posters RMM citizen and sog back up their posts with information. It’s easy saying ‘it’s going to 50p’ … rant over

Joking aside, one way to determine the safety of a medicine that has yet to be trialed in humans is to ensure all processes and lab equipment is calibrated and fit for purpose, and the in lab testing has been done to certain standards, as that, alongside the drugs obvs, would go towards determining the safety of a medicine..
its deep and complicated, and no expert, but I honestly believe it is not down to SDC1801 as such...

My understanding is the CTA wasn't rejected... it was not able to be approved..
It also, as fr as we know wasn't returned... just a request for further non clinical data...

Quotes from the RNS informing us of the CTA application:

Sareum, working alongside a specialist contract research organisation (CRO), has designed a Phase 1a/b clinical trial with SDC-1801 in healthy subjects and psoriasis patients.

The CRO conducting and managing the studies has extensive experience in conducting trials in inflammatory diseases and will recruit up to 120 subjects at a site in Manchester, UK.

Synthesis of SDC-1801 drug substance under GMP conditions has been completed successfully, with a surplus of material for the planned Phase 1 clinical trials. GMP-compliant manufacture of capsules of SDC-1801, intended for use in the Phase 1 trial, is also complete, and the capsules are undergoing rigorous quality control checks before delivery to the clinical unit.

The more I read into this the more i believe it is a admin error such as SOG has pointed out... its documentation and certs of equipment/people etc. IF the CRO are as experienced as it seems, having run extensive trials previously, I don't believe this is a serious issue to resolve, but the time will be take by the authorities to review the requested data...
sadly its sit and wait, but... i do believe we will have positive news on this prior to Christmas...as its not a new application but a review of additional data... non clinical data!!

You’re starting to come across as someone who wants the sp lower with your posts by trying to keep the negativity going.
We have to accept what’s happened and wait for SAR to update us, which I believe will be well before Xmas.

People need to chill... there's nothing we can do until the smoke clears the room and SAR get clarification re the CTA application, and then hopefully we will be informed...

I admire your positivity, but not everyone who disagrees with you, or has a slightly negative slant is a C- womble..
yes there are some idiots on here who post rubbish to create uncertainty, but to be fair, our BOD are the masters at doing that never mind some nobodies on a chat board.
I'm still positive on this and I do think we will see some positive news this side of Xmas to put the SP at least back around £2+
Some may laugh, but that's my view... Good luck all genuine holders and posters.

this document alludes to toxicity if I've understood it.
previously we have stated that toxicity wasn't an issue as we couldn't reach MTD...which to me sounds like a good problem to have?
I'm not overly worried and have confidence that the follow on submission will be granted.
What I'm less confident about is the performance of the BOD and so called specialists.
The reason there is lots of guesswork as to what the issue might be comes down to poor wording of the RNS..I'm amazed this was allowed to be published with such ambiguous wording therefore allowing the market to punish us.
Until further clarification is issued then its all guess work...the only solace I take is it is non clinical data being requested so I'm confident it won't be long before positive progress is made.
