On listing day - 14 Nov - WSHP opened $30 - WCAP sp was 2.50

Today WSHP at $50 and WCAP is at 1.50

makes zero sense.

needs patience and a positive DCB outcome.

See through NAV still around 10p.

1.5p on the bid (was 2.7 last Tues)

bargain price.

Hawk Holdings is WeCap’s senior creditor via the DCB and simultaneously a substantial independent shareholder in WeShop, creating a structurally aligned relationship in which Hawk is economically incentivised to support timing-based resolution rather than enforce early repayment.

That's all I need to know.

Even $50 WSHP = 12p over at WCAP.

When (not if) that RNS comes, it will be 9-10p in a flash as NAV is currently 18p (after factoring in the DCB repayment).

Signing of paperwork to extend the DCB rumoured to be taking place next week.

I strongly believe any sellers at this level (and mcap) will regret it in the weeks to come.

the weshop model is genius and has definitely captures attention in the US.

the weshop sp is currently finding a support level around $80 and will bounce when ready.

It also (conveniently) fails to mention:

- The bondholder (Hawk Investments) are also Class A shareholders in Weshop - hence financially aligned with Wecap.

- They've extended the bond multiple times in the past without hassle.

- Weshop is actually up 400% in less than two months since IPO.

- The Wecap NAV prior to Weshop's IPO (based on $20 share price) was c.£24m - it is now 4x this value.

The only clap trap is the article itself.

- Hawk is itself is a Class A shareholder in Weshop.

- The relationship between Hawk and WeCap is not of a typical creditor-debtor but is strategically and economically aligned.

- Hawk benefits most from maximising Weshop's long-term value, not from forcing a near term repayment.

Enforcement is therefore value-destructive to Hawk.
