I think next time they go to the courts this will be liquidated there isn’t much money left at all now. £2600 just to petition to liquidate….Pretty shocking they have made no attempt to find a suitable RTO they have literally been waiting to liquidate this ever since the sale. All could change if there was a white knight that wanted this listing but at this point in time I don’t see it coming, surely it would of happened already…Mind you this spread is still lower than NSF today. Not sure whether to bail out as I think when this gets close to the date everyone will start selling out!

Agree Warren there is no debt here, just cash albeit a limited amount due to the BOD’s reckless actions. Would love someone to take control of this and look for an RTO, then we would really see a re-rate!

Exactly BearHunter ITS shareholders got completely shafted. Even now they were left with a desirable cash shell but the BOD have not acted in shareholders interests and want to compulsory liquidate after trying 3 times to get it liquidated previously. They don’t want anyone to look in to the books there and see the dodgy dealings! Similar situation can occur here. Unfortunately, BOO have the financial muscle and the know how to seize control here.
