We are midway through January and all has gone very quiet in regards to the settlement. When is the actual day that the timescale expires? Is there actually one? Might they turn around and say there is nothing?

Just that there has been movement in granting permits, probably crap as usual. I’m at a big loss as are many. With the prices this low only shorters are in profit. Let’s hope things are on the mend.

So only weeks ago we were told that there is no need to generate new funding as bank account looked ok then we get this sprung on us. Surely this cannot be done? It’s given investors false outlook on the company isn’t it? Unless Colin has a cunning plan and going to shock us all.
