In all honest I do not know, I can see a drop but to what level who knows. The price has risen due to potential settlement, however there is still a strong chance of settlement or payout so that hasn’t changed. It will just take longer, we are up and running and there is always Cuba. The market value of the company is still so low. One thing for sure, we will all know soon enough.

Hi Andrew there is so much negativity after the Friday RNS, forums, tipsters all
Predicting an avalanche on opening tomorrow due to the lack of information in the RNS. Are you able to release anything to try and settle nerves and panic selling tomorrow? Long term holders are going to be wiped out here otherwise. Can information in the letter be expanded upon? Was there any offer from Slovenia at all? So many questions to be answered.

His reply

As per rns slovenia failed to put forward a damages proposal and an amicable settlement is not presently achievable. Panic sellers I presume would be short term traders in only for a settlement by the 19th? I don’t see how Fridays news changes anyone else’s view on the company as we are funded and executing a diversified growth strategy to not be contingent on Slovenia while we also pursue redress for the republics failings which have caused the company significant damages

Good morning all, I posted on LinkedIn Friday as AD shared the RNS on his account. Within mins he messaged me privately stating

Hi, news follows it’s own timetable and is released ASAP within the hours of 7am-6pm.

The Company continues forward our journey hasn’t changed since we published our latest corporate deck in Feb.

I then replied.... Very frustrating with Slovenia, the RNS states 100m which is a huge amount. Don’t get me wrong they probably owe that and that would be amazing, I personally feel they reject first claim and argue down the figure from there. They pay a lower figure and take it as a moral victory. Are you able to say if they have give any offer as there have been so many rumour of 24m floating around.

He then finished with... We don’t comment on rumours, the RNS confirms an amicable settlement is presently not achievable and we expect commence arbitration shortly

Read into that as you wish guys. If he saw this as bad news, why promote it on your own LinkedIn page?????

Something is going to happen here I am sure. Yes we might see some fluctuation in prices with people panicking etc but it certainly isn’t over.
