Also some food for thought if you were to price the U.S. stock markets relative to gold they have been in a bear market since around the same time

@ Spy it was a lot more painful to watch this drift from 2p down to a penny with an average of 1.6p than it is to watch it drift from 9.2p to 7.4p with an average of 2.6p lol

It is not simply the buy/sell volume that determines the SP. it is at what price the market is willing to buy/sell

Having more buys come in because the sp has dropped for example is not the same as buys flooding in as the SP is rising.

If it dropped to say 7p we would probably get a shed load of buys coming in, but there may not be many willing to buy at say 9p
