2 bottles of red in and still trying to work out real value and getting no where

This is all well and good but what i want to know now is where is the value for VanEck here at 27p. Clearly they see this as cheap or a buy for value as they wouldn’t have bought in, surely?

Where does, say a 10m oz resource at Hav get us with our 30% stake and why? Or 15m oz and so on.. I’ve been involved with numerous valuations on this in the past but can someone summarise this for us???

In hindsight It’s pretty clear what has happened here the last week or so.

all caused by VanEck. Was yesterday’s/today’s drop the MM’s averaging down to sell to GDXJ at a premium? Even the MM’s were bidding for shares the last week or so, so much demand caused our massive rise and then did they drag it down today for the sale??

if I have a bull run like we’ve had I always look at the value of it and take off 20% for any correction

I sold a small amount Wednesday because I needed cash turns out it was right at the top - more luck than judgement

Music to my ears

Just been perusing the VanEck website and have found that a junior miner with 0.44% holding is Westgold Resources Ltd, which is valued at USD1,640,000

That’s around £1.3m. Not sure how we all got to £23m, it’s not as simple as taking the total fund value and working out the percentage weighting it seems. So still a decent purchase required and exposure, but not the levels we all thought..
