Big thank you to all that have posted the rules re: orderly market/ disrepute.
You know having really thought this through I have come to the conclusion that DB is actually doing his very best for us within a very crooked system. I hate saying DB as it should really be UJO. However he is our leader,so... o.k.
I have invested over thirty bob into this company and upon appraisal I do not believe DB to be acting against the company or it's shareholders. Rather he they UJO are reacting to the system as it is. They know what goes on better than us. Are they part of a scam NO ! part of a game yes. imo.
I do believe UJO want to succeed. However as they say no pain no gain.
We need to support the company in this twisted wicked world, and our own investment in a company that we believe in.

As discussed in depth the last time around it was confirmed that UJO could suspend the stock if they wanted to.
I must confess I do not remember the actual rule quoted. But the ability is there for those who are willing as I recall.
Should be used as standard procedure for all you would have thought. In particular with UJO.
I wonder why it isn't and that they didn't. It's all a bit boys club to me.

D.B is conspicuous by his absence. I for one hope it is not going to be permanent at this stage. But he is a man of mature years and his wife has not been well.
If his absence became of a more permanent nature at least the person taking the rains is now well positioned from a cash point of view and can get on with day to day matters. They won't have to take flack for any placings. All taken care of now.

A 50% discount from the recent high is way excessive. The stock as people quite rightly say was/is worth considerably more.
It has been far to deeply discounted. Fill your boots.
This needs to re rate upwards to a more appropriate level.

Fantastic time to build/take a position. Trend is friend I can only see UJO trending upwards from here. Should see a bit of a relief rally now. Lots of people on the side lines have been waiting to get in I have no doubt.
This placing/RNS shows massive confidence in developing the assets. If the oil is proven at west newton what a bonus. But we have the gas already what ever. With lots more to follow from this field I feel sure.
Absolute bargain any where around this price. Watch this re rate upwards. Fabulous all things considered.

Always remember the Gas is a company maker on it's own merit at W/N. The oil is a total bonus.

Hello MR. Investment. I find it highly unlikely that UJO would prejudice any acquisition at any point in time by announcing before it's completion. If they were even to consider taking on accretive liabilities that would need to be future funded with out a means at present. We need lots more income first. You can only dilute to a point. We have got plenty of project to fund already.
With regard to those that sold cheap. That is their decision of course at any given moment.

You have to take into account the subterfuge of that RNS and what it is in response to. The RNS neither confirms or denies an imminent placing and we are in that position 24/7 52 weeks of the year. Purely politics.
Bonkers cheap a strong buy. Scoop them up imo. Others will be that's for sure. There is a very good opportunity to make substantive returns from here.

No placing after all. Maybe one day perhaps. But not right now imo. We may never need to place again. We might flip West Newton before long. Wressle income before the end of the year. Relative to the asset base and the progress made on our projects the manipulators have turned this into an absolute screaming buy.
The share price is now on its arse and I for one do not see a placing coming any time soon.

Well yes,I suppose it is time to move on. Having thought things through a little more, we can buy in at an amazing discount at the moment. So I guess it is actually a strong buy and would make a very solid addition to any portfolio. Don't like the way this opportunity has come about though. But for those with dry powder this is clearly a steal and an opportunity that should be bought into. Should a placing materialise I can't see it being much below 0.22. That would be plenty of margin for those involved given the asset base. If you can't beat them join them.
Yes a strong buy. It's got to be at this level. Do like others fill your boots. That's the way to win through this. Yes for all the upset I am going to take another position.

Given the companies history. Why oh why did they not on this occasion suspend the stock until the placing is/was complete. Every body would have supported such a move given the history/inability of UJO here. Just left to social media to inform us again ! AND AGAIN !
