Daisy i would suggest not - professionally paid trolls would be clear market manipulation and any hedge fund caught doing this would find itself in a slam dunk case. Easy money to be made from the financial penalties so the FCA would pursue a slam dunk case probably. What they tend to do is what that company did to Burford capital - make spurious arguments very publically like "they are arguably bankrupt" which can hold up in court due to the careful wording.
