There is money to be made in these "putrid" markets, but you need companies with potentially transformational events upcoming. #PRD is a recent example. #HE1 is a current one.
Amongst the uneasing confusion caused by your Sunday roast… Please can you clarify at least what the deal is not?
I think I would speak for most shareholders when I say I hope a deal in the making is NOT…
Interested party funds the MOU 3 drill, and testing of MOU 1. In return interested party has option to buy Moroccan assets at an pre agreed price of $150/200m and 10% royalties exercisable within 30days of MOU 3 drilling results.
A deal which keeps risk with PRD shareholders and passes on most of the upside would be unacceptable to most shareholders.
A question I will be asking on the 18th is…
If Mou3 mud is the same mud needed for Mou2, and the rig is still over Mou2, and Mou2 has 20-50m remaining to reach target depth, what would be the impact cost, time, logistics for completing MOU2 prior to drilling mou3? Surely the risk reward stacks??
