According to the RNS ‘Atlas can convert the bond to W shares by issuing a conversion notice with the price set at 95% of the selected 3-day VWAP in the 15 days leading up to the issue of a conversion notice by Atlas.’

I cannot see any conversation happing soon because it would be converted at a higher price than the current price. I would expect they would convert when at a price lower than the share price at that time so they can immediately sell at a profit...imo

Well done in THR, never had any of those... I bagged on EUZ last week but still way down on it... i hope to sell those EUZ this week and will put it on in WRES. I want another £4-5k worth at these prices.

I like the idea of a group email.... a lot of holders did something similar in ARB and we got direct response from the CEO and then he put his had in his pocket for the first ever time.

I don’t hold much now as I sold a fair few a couple of week before the results... I hold £2k worth @ 0.22p but I plan on getting another £5k soon at these low prices.

Having said that I have done well since March. My portfolio got hammered and I had some awful stocks which were mostly over 60% down. My pf got as low as £6k and since March I have got it up to £20k and almost back even.... I have about £8k if that in here....

Just checking in and BTC is flying... next week should be exciting..

Sam, agree and I hope you all do well... I will probably buy back at some point but not yet... too much of a bumpy road ahead imo.

I agree it’s a marketing strategy. But I don’t think the market like the prospect of zero revenue for another 5 months.

Great to see these chains being added, but I just don’t see the share price doing much at all because it’s all free for the rest of the year... if they sign up to pay in 2021 then great, but these restaurants might just be here for the dish app while it’s free and then leave.... that’s my opinion and stopping me buying back.
