Assuming we continue to get similar results from SCIB1 and these results are replicated in the iSCIB1+ cohort, how much do we think Immunobody is worth?

I seem to remember back in the day (I think it was 1897 😂) , that 1 billion dollars was bandied around at the time of the first SCIB1 trial for an outright sale. This is also assuming that Lindy will want to do a deal on Immunobody as opposed to just SCIB1. She did say in last year's AGM that a deal on Immunobody would be preferred.

I guess back in 1897, SCIB2 was being developed and tested but was at an early stage, Covidity and Avidimab were non existent. SCIB3 for Prostate cancer was also being worked on but it looks like that was sidelined.

This time round Scancell will have quite a lot more data. 30 patients seems to be an obsession with big pharma (somebody has read a statistics textbook).

Perhaps someone could hazard a guess on Immunobody's worth on the assumption that the SCOPE trial results stay at the same level of success.

Maybe the oversubscribed capital raise is the catalyst.

The strategy had to change simply because Valirx simply did not have the necessary cash to run clinical trials.

It's a cheaper strategy but it's also more difficult to do deals without clinical data or, in the case of 201, very little clinical data.

They simply have to win today

There is not a 90% probability that SCOPE is going to get better, there is a 90% probability that it will meet its endpoint of 70% responders.

An easy job for the fund raiser after the latest SCIB1 results methinks.

I would guess Lindy's logic behind this placing is that this extra time is needed to get enough positive data from the proposed iSCIB1 cohort which hopefully starts recruiting in early 2024.

If that data is as good as the current SCIB1 data, then she has a product that should attract a lot of attention from big pharma and with a long patent life.

I will be taking up my allocation, for what it's worth.

I see Elon Musk has dropped to second wealthiest person in the world.

Perhaps he should be investing in Scancell. 😁

There was a SCIB3 previously mentioned a long time ago that targetted Prostate cancer.

So, its great that a much great percentage of late stage melanoma patients will qualify to be included in the trial.

What it also provides is an extended patent life. I would imagine that the patent life left on SCIB1 is now very short.

A second and possibly much more significant outing for Avidimab is also included.
