If no takeover occurs and delisting happens - Bracco will provide the funding/investment to complete quantitative gas exchange. The condition being they get exclusive rights to purchase.

Bullsit, if you look at the history of Bracco/Philips acquisitions they normally happen behind closed doors for confidentiality reasons etc. Looking at the state of finances it’s just logical conclusion.

FDA approval = final piece of jigsaw. £100 million is peanuts for Philips. This is where I see takeover manoeuvres. Siemens, GE will be on their backs. Remember, POLX has non-exclusive deal with Philips.
