I apologise profusely that communication has been poor over the past week. It has become impossible to deal with the quantity of email and other legitimate messages of concern, and at the same time work to address issues and bring certainty back into our company.

I have set out below a summary of various situations that has been sent to a number of shareholders to try and ease the impossible burden of trying to personally deal with everybody, which has always been my preference.

To add to the note below further correspondence was delivered earlier today to the Minister of Industry that inter alia makes it clear that PREM welcomes their offer to finance, but notes that there is urgency and a need for finality. I am in the hands of the Minister and I cannot direct the Zimbabwean government. I am focussed on bringing finality to the proposed KME deal structure and through that or similar getting the feasiblity study work at Zulu back on track again.

There is also further correspondence with Circum, and further meetings with their CEO planned for the week of the Mining Indaba in Cape Town. I am pushing very Circum very hard to bring their website, updated, back on line ASAP. That was what sent to noel
