I see the price is now at your buy in price W - are you investing? BTW the terms of the deal were known prior to the release of the RNS this AM. I'm holding on here, it should improve.............maybe?
It’s not as if the terms of the JV weren’t out there. All good as far as I can see. 25% and cash in the bank and more money from warrants. Also a lot more to come. This isn’t a short term investment any longer. It’s also capitalising it’s assets which is far more than most AIM miners do.
Make that 27% now. Plain daft innit?
My metals portfolio is down 23% from COP on Monday - ouch!!...............haven't sold though. I wonder what percentage the metals markets have gone up since then?
Just seen that on Halifax Closing price as well
You going to stick with it then?
I've always found (in my mind) that drawing up an agreement takes a reasonable period of time. If I then ask solicitors to look over the document for due diligence it becomes exponentially longer!!
Maybe I've missed it somewhere, but I'd quite liked to have seen a mining update after the kit and site upgrades? Or have I missed something.?
Yes I'm invested heavily in this share, and it would have served as a good settler for investors.
I've got to admit that's playing on my mind as well. What if there's no RNS? Do we continue to rise because of FOMO over the weekend, after all Monday is also within the timeframe for the JV announcement. Monday maybe more interesting if there's still no announcement. I guess it's all about what you think about the wider fundamentals of the company which seem to have been underpinned in the last few months (which I do), or whether it re-traces on a bail out with people chasing other quick wins. I must admit I'm quite anxious I've a lot of money here now by my standards. It now represents 70% of my portfolio!
Moving some money over from EUA to here was relatively easy. EUA May see a four fold buy out price from its current position (my guess) but potential is far greater here.
I like this share. Yes the price has gone up big time since July, but the acquisitions, the research and potential JV have driven that. It’s no empty rise.
Just given me a right old fright, but if you view this as the base technology, I can see there will be some clever adaptions regarding its use and usability. Early days, and for those in over 6 months ago it's not been a bad journey.
There does seem to be an awful lot of bracketed numbers!
A great theory, had us all buzzing for a while. I've been in and out here at 16, 34, and higher. Pretty much all my trades were at a loss. I'm sure there are others that made money. I liked the company and the people in it, and it was on home turf. I raise a glass here to those involved, they can never be accused of not giving a damned good try - it is the mother of downgrades though.
Not that I'm cynical, but could the rise yesterday PM have been in relation to leaky RNS news rather than the presentation?
Not that I've known that ever to happen on AIM before........................
I'll pop back and have a look at 12.54 then - just bought some more also.
I still have faith in the newly appointed CEO. At least all the activity is a positive one. Pity they couldn't re-work the placing on yesterdays closing price!
And the opening price ladies and gentlemen will be...................?
Urm - so why aren't the share valued at .4p now then as you put the combined market value at 1 tenth of the existing?
I'm happy with this - but what about the share consolidation? In my experience on other consolidations, it's devalued the overall investment.........perhaps others can advise me where this has happened in a more positive manner?
