Hi Amati & Shpunken, this is a tragedy. A great product ruined by a poor management team. I'm 75% down and sadly didn't stick to my down 20% and take the hit. A lesson learned.... again.
No point in selling now as I've lost so much already. Hopefully they will get taken out as this lot haven't the ability to successfully prosecute the product. I've given up hope of ever recovering this. GLA
Interesting news from Kingswood at last. This share very much under the radar with most shares held by owners in nominee accounts. On all measures seems grossly undervalued. I wait with considerable interest as to what will be the result. Appreciate there’s very few PIs interested here so very much an echo chamber.
I wish I could share your confidence about approval. However if there were only a few glitches it could have been approved a month ago by the FDA. My only hope is that their gas partner Linde just took too long to respond to FDA queries ( typical of a large company)
It's puzzling otherwise why they are struggling to get this over the line.
I really hoped it would have been a nice Christmas pressie..
Ps RNS normally released at 7. If it's later in the day it's usually news you don't want to hear.
I've been in this share for 2 years..... ever hopeful. I really didn't expect this to go the wire this time. The last RNS seemed to imply just a few tick boxes to complete. Unfortunately I'm beginning to think that approval for reasons which I don't understand will not be forthcoming. I desperately hope to the contrary
This is a v quiet chat board normally so nice to see some posts. Agree v acquisitive company. It's v difficult to value. As far as I can see the 2 majority shareholders own over 50% of the company but it maybe me misunderstanding what I'm reading. Occasionally I read articles on Kingswood suggesting it may be taken private. However how do they value the shares when that's the case? Delighted if anyone could enlighten me.
