Hi Levi Blanks so far. I talked to people at the Uk listings authority about this who then put me on to the Continuing obligations dept. They pointed me at MAR (market abuse regulation). We discussed disclosure and transparency in relation to the jokers at PERE. Basically unless there is pertinent information to be disclosed ie meaningful in terms of the last announcement, then they are under no obligations to announce anything. That is unless there is a potential leak which the market might find out/react to. One comment was “yeah I see they aren’t doing much but it’s only been six months which isn’t long in the scheme of things” Needless to say I felt like enquiring if he had a selection of s@@t encrusted dildos which he was sending out to all PERE investors!!! So that’s the FCA rulebook exhausted and the few people I spoke to at the LSE. It is looking rather like the only thing we can continue to do is ask what is happening. Other than requesting to sell back our shares to them which they will almost certainly refuse. It isn’t unheard of though in these situations. Oh well, back to picking up the bar of soap with ‘Pembridge Resources’ stamped on it in a nice serifed typeface. Rarse

I think it’s time we started demanding, as shareholders, some kind of update on where we are as a company and what stage discussion or negotiations are really at. Let’s all start putting some pressure on these c&@ts Rarseinababylon.

Not sure Jfh what the rules are there. It strikes me that’s there’s some leeway in what they release and when. That would make sense commercially for sure but doesn’t always wash well with us PI’s Don’t worry about the sheep on Friday my friend. The pro’s I’d rather a concise and fully detailed RNS than something with teasers in. They have gotta give the samples and logs a good going over before they can fully and confidently say where we are at and what we’ve got. Bin some good signs today though. Rarse.

Agreed. It’s actually all we are all interested in non? This share has been a big learning curve for me and it’s really helpful to read the input from other investors. I wish I had more useful insight of my own to offer is all Rarse

Hi Levi Sorry not to come back to you guys last week. Buffers myself up at work (dislocated left pelvis and three stuck vertebrae!) so was bit pre occupied. Yes I got through to the same guy Thomas Horton after a bit of pressing. In summery the upcoming court case by Dumas will not affect them and they are very confident that capstone have that situation in hand. I asked him is I had lost all my money and if they were still going to do this deal. Reply was that they are most definitely working hard for all of us to bring the deal home. At this stage they felt very positive and had no reason to think it was going to fall through. I asked if it was fair that there had been no news to the shareholders whatsoever for over a year now and that there are a lot of very worried and angry shareholders out there. Even just an end to ally fears would be a good idea no? He said that he couldn’t divulge any information that wasn’t already in the public domain. So one positive in that the massive plant and labour bill at the mine won’t affect things but the rest was the same responses as before. I do think however they are scurrying around trying to do this deal in everyone’s interest. Sorry I couldn’t get more information but there’s no harm in other people trying. The more pressure on them to give us a more detailed update the better I’d say. ATB RIBL
