Please enlighten me and the others that are not in your private circle as to where my figures aren't correct and as you have pointed out that this may not be my 1st offence please i encourage your to post my past fails on figures also.

Even going back to the 1st bondholders vote I was slated that the % figure I was using wasn't the one in the RNS and was horlicks. The % figure that was being used in the RNS looked better for the company's prospective used the way it was. you see what they want them to see.

It is not being negative its being open minded and not being lead.

Some days or RNS's are better to hide bad news or slip in as they say.

History?
4 gas compressors £2.2M payable over 36 monthly payments AFTER A 3 month grace. That's £61,111 for 3 years.

These came out of the Ark. Echo would have been paying at a guess per m3 for product. To guess who?
Part of the Tapi deal maybe but 3 years of payments, now possibly footing the bill for one of these compressors going belly up. Who knows

Now WE this is a one company BB is it not? WE as posters to this board collectively talk about one company.. Echo WE share the company as the subject at hand.

I also remember the RNS saying we owned its own workover rig called Eagle which was being moved but not a peep about it since.

I did question how a company with so few employees would want to own and run its own work over rig.

Some don't know they've been conned, some others know full well they've been conned and are very resentful. The final group are the ones in denial

Remember these Gas compressors we bought (4 of them) are costing over £61k a month for the next 2 and a half years (if at zero %) if I remember correctly they were part of a cost saving plan as well as to give Echo increase future capacity. They need to be using that capacity to make the cost savings work. IMO

So all the debt hasn't been kicked down the line to 2025 this is being paid out now every month.

Has to be something physical like workover completions. Chatting to some of the worst interviewers on the planet doesn't really cut it.

The world is heading into a energy crisis (Cha Ching) and you want MH to do a BAFTA interview. Get the stuff out of the ground and to market.

The sp is dropping because Echo has missed the boat with regards workovers and and delays with what they promised over the last 18mths other than kicking the IOU payments down the road.

I think it's a case of what could have been.

Golly just think of the bonus MH would be in line for if they had done what they told us they were doing. (The bonus might happen anyway)

The positives that are being pointed out are positives so we have to polite and agree with them on that.

maiditup has the right to post OnG informative news. Does Echo have any Shale interests? What will happen to the local gas market price if its flooded in shale gas? It appears as if this will be a future drive to bring back outside investment into new fields but it may help Echo but that depends on the incentives.

Now he does mention the this .8% both way which is .004 (of his 0.525p) of a penny one way or .008p swing which i have to admit is a chuffing stable figure if it was correct.

I do feel for ABZ as he must be in a real dark part of the work where he has is privileges restricted that he can't join in the discussions until he gets out in November. I remember them days of dial up connection.

Take loka bought in at .6 and is already worried or at least looking for reassurance that he has done the right thing. the next up he's doubles his money. me i was looking as a sizeable amount at 4p if I wasn't warned off

Didn't you debating at school? You have to air the pros and cons of a situation to come to a conclusion. a discussion is much the same.

The situation is the one that the bondholders face at the moment and what possible outcomes there will be and there implications on Echo. I don't think they would play out a doom scenario as there is no win at the same time their not going to hand Echo a golden egg laying hen on a plate.

I don't want to seen any PI losing their shirt even you.

Jaggers has a point but the bondholders won't be killing the company as it's still producing, but it will check the company somewhat. Keeps the BOD focused on the tasks at hand. Bit like telling kids to finish their main course before they can get any pudding
in 2025 the debt will still be there.

So either way they get their interest and the SP returns to these levels not long after.

Not doomed but not in a good place either.

I agree they would get less but they would get something.
The SP has been a rollercoaster for a while and always seems to fall back fairly quickly even after good news. Have to remember this isn't what the bondholders signed up to at the start.
The bondholders will have insights into other similar companies in the region that they finance so might have a better gauge on Echo than most PI's have.

If I was a bondholder I would take the shares sell what I needed to cover my own costs and hold the rest.

I think the bondholders will go for the shares now as it gives them better control. If some want to sell them and get the cash the others can hoover them up on the cheap as the so would drop.
