Your telling us that the company the has 70% of the JV allows a partner to collect the sales of which the get 8. something % and then works out what Echo is due after costs and other partners cuts, then pays The senior partner whats left as in 70%.

Echo is very trusting in that case.

You know all this but you don't know which partner is doing the same for the gas sales?

Where are you seeing the Interoil are withholding monies from Echo?

We do know that Echo were withholding supplier payments early last year.

Why is Interoil taking full payments for the product being sold? It's cut is 8. something %. Seems a little strange that they would be getting paid for all the product sold then giving the rest to Echo minus it's take?

Hey it's good to be weird.....

Doesn't really matter when the debt is due, the date that matters is when Echo asks for another push back on the due date.

I find it interesting that Echo throw a similar curve ball yesterday (I've post the same thing on Echo's bb) We all know the connections.
Both are in a sticky situation at the moment, Here the TAX issue and Echo keep saying they are carrying out workovers in the ways of bring Closed in wells back online. But there the production figures are falling back. Their work over program doesn't seem to be barring the fruits.

So lets just throw something out there as a bit of a distraction. IMO

I can't see the healthy cash anywhere and as for the strong growth in production as I've pointed out before The Boep/d peeked back in March and the Bop/d peeked back in Sept.

Interesting that both Echo and Sound throw a couple of curve balls just a day apart.

Both with their feet being held close to the fire. Echo with it's invisible workovers and Sound with it's large TAX bill hanging around it's neck.

Effort..... Very little as every figures I quote are published (Maybe in a % or an monthly figures taken from another partner company) but they are not distorted or twisted.

Why... because it's so easy to unravel what is real from what some companies want you to believe is real. pick a times frame that suits we can all do that.

Plain facts written basic month on month fools nobody.

This company has made not a dime of profit from Oil and Gas Exploration or production.

Same as I just posted I'm not distorting the facts or indeed the figures.

The published figures is all we have to go on. As for the RNS's they can hang as they grow as we say up here. You as in you ABZ treat them as the dead dead scrolls .

How many times have their RNS's never come to pass (it is Sunday)

Production falls when we are opening up, doing work overs and have done new pipeline.

Why lets say I sell coconuts that I grow to the tourist ships.

1 month there is 1 tourist ship that visits I sell 1 ton of coconuts

The next month there are no tourist ships

The next I get 4 ships coming into port. I sell 4 ton of coconuts

All 3 months I have the same costs in overheads

The cruise companies pay on differing terms.

I tell my wife what she wants to hear.

You read how they want it to read. I read it with an open mind. I don't distort I don't lie to myself I just read the facts.

Any company that reports their figures differently every time the post them is a red flag.

This company wants to move to a quarterly reporting but issues in a RNS about 8 days of production figures..... Come on

As I said they are sales figures. you know them they are on the top line of any P/L .
They can be any figure you want, we don't know if there are any one off sales in these or not. They do read well when you just take them on their own.

Production figures we have a way of checking these. You need to produce to sell, the wells pump 24/7. work overs. reopening wells, bottleneck works and replacing pipelines should mean the production figures should be showing a marked increase. Are they?

Saying the 1st 8 days figures are strong,.... compared to what? the last 365 days?

Oh ABZ The wise.

Solar panels and battery storage systems do not like the heat and generally have built in thermal cut outs or use a lot of their generated power to try to keep cool (storage).

Anyone can buy massive solar arrays from China and put them anywhere where there is ample sun what makes Echo so special that folks would want to invest it their new solar project? Passed successes?

The RNS quotes both production figures and Sales figures.

The production figures we know of as Interoil publishes it's production reports monthly and are quoted in both Boepd and Bopd so we have a clear picture of how production is going on a monthly and quarterly basis.

From that we can see a clear quarterly decline quarter on quarter of the Boepd leading to a drop of -17.5% Q4 v Q1
As well as we can see a clear quarterly increase quarter on quarter of the Boe leading to a 21% increase Q4 v Q1

however the latest production figure we know of Dec v Nov production decline was Boepd -1.3% and Boe -17.5%

You invest in and Oil and Gas exploration company which moved it focus to being a production company after being not over good at the exploration side of things.
The the company changed its focus to solar energy because they weren't that good at producing or developing what they said they had.
Now they are investing money that they don't have into a country that they don't really have any of their 15 employees working in. While at the same time they haven't carried out the works that they said they would do ages ago in their main invest country.
Next year they will be selling windmills in Holland
