PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
A company that can comfortably bring in £100-200mil revenue every single year is worth a heck of a lot more than £12mil!
I believe a fair takeover price is north of 50 pence per share.
Should be due some news soon on the drill programme. Early Q1 was stated.
Uruanium is also looking very bullish.
RNS to come.
RNS this week and a banger will see this bag easily from such lows. Seen dogs do 150%+ recently whilst this one has some solid projects.
Thanks. I see this as a great opportunity at current prices and recently added for the jv and improving production.
Good 20-25% trade from these prices to 2.10o level where it runs to whenever people think the JV is going to drop. Loading zone here.
I reckon the deal will cross the line shortly going by the latest assurances line. Sounds like an admin and banking issue transferring over such high amounts of cash.
Why's it crap to talk about a takeover bid at premiums?
Have you researched just a few of the following acquisitions in Zimbabwe by the Chinese?
Bikita Lithium Mine
Arcadia Lithium Mine
Sabi Star Lithium Mine
Have you read about another near $3billion of investment for lithium and energy committed in Zimb from China very recently?
https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-11-01/china-to-invest-2-8-billion-in-zimbabwe-in-lithium-energy
Have you research the recent offers to buy
Liontown for over $4bil
Azure Minerals
Sounds like you're not aware at all AimHigher of what's happening in this sector.
2p would be more reasonable but would be well below other lithium acquisitions in terms of valuation.
Whether that's a genuine question or not a takeover bid for Zulu is a formality at this point. I'm aware other mines in Africa have been acquired quite soon after coming online.
Please chaps and chappesses. We've seen it all before here.
The company is producing and Canmax are in deep. So plenty of value on offer.
SP will rise back up like a phoenix as always as the fundamentals of Zulu are solid.
Seen it all before and eyeing up 5mil this morning.
Agreed that overall the company is in a much better position than Summer all things considered. Actual production is occuring, has considerably more cash and better relations with the big Chinese partner.
Market capitalisation roughly £10million, but real value easily well over £200million.
+has long 21 year mining licence
+100% ownership
+has a strong PFS
+soon will have a strong DFS
+has a worldclass quality resource
+has a huge licence, only 2% explored
+has US Government backing
+next will have Chinese backing
+has proven highest purity SPG battery grade graphire
+a lot more, check the presentation.
Yes, for the 4mil it stated... George Roach, CEO commented: "Based on current projections this funding and the arrangements set out below is expected to see Zulu pass through the current interim remedial situation and allow the Company to reach target nameplate production at Zulu.
Still a good decade or two of net zero mileage lol
A good decade or two of mileage from net zero to go lol
I concur. STARK appear to be more positive than Spring with the milling bottleneck resolved. Plant should work as designed.
Similarities with PREM and KODAL are solid despite it being graphite and not lithium. For example...
*battery metals EV related shares
*100% owned project prior to Chinese coming in (PREM retained 100% whilst KOD gave up 51%)
*long mining licences in place and already approved
*large resource indentified from just a small amount of exploration, all have big resourse upside
*all have had test work demonstrating economically viable grades and world class grades, lithium and graphite respectively
*all have had Government support to get things moving
*all have had significant interest from multiple Chinese companies
PREM and KODAL saw rerating of their values from around £10million to £100million and up to £200million.
As per the above, for the reasons stated I think a similar story will occur. With todays RNS supporting the case further.
Seen this before with PREM and KODAL, China is aggressive and they'll pay. Blencowe has the benefit of playing multiple groups off each other. Across the US and China so they'll nab a very nice deal as well as fastracked production.
May seem a bit premature, but well done to all holders. You've indentified a very good company and project that will actually get somewhere soon.
