Hunky Just noticed that the article you posted is recent! The original Starcare thing is from 2014, although obviously this didn't go anywhere, so maybe they looked at new tech more recently, which could possible be something to do with starcom?

It's nothing to do with Starcom and has been in place for ages

But yeah at times it seems like the large majority of retail on AIM seem to value how cheap a share is based on share price and not the market cap!

That was driven by PI speculation and looking back (although I criticised them at the time) the company were correct in their attempt to keep expectations low on that specific link up. This feels different, plus with the global supply chain issues it could finally be Starcoms time!
