Ark has same obligation so TR1 may not arrive until 2 weeks after threshold was crossed?

Its possible, but likely to induce ferocious buying and will be short lived in my opinion.
Judging by todays Volume there wont be many placing shares left therefore any drop below 1p will
be heavily bought into will clear out remaining placing shares within a short period.

According to LSE 43 Million sells today! so taking that there was 4 mill plus 33 mill placing shares and got to
allow for a percentage of traders selling, all placing shares will be bought into by tomorrow!
Nothing stopping it going to the next level then...

Have to agree with you in some respects in that some of the carry-on since christmas hasnt been good and gives me anxiety.
