Back in November i remember him saying January, In January he said Quarter 1 and now he blaming Covid 19 for NXP002 deal!

Couple people here ramping the hell of this share since beginning of the year around the time Dan was also

Having still my pension in this sold my private investment over a month ago! not expecting this SP to move anytime soon but may do well in the next 12 months.
Anything said on this BB today will make no difference on company performance.

Think the argument is that Kessi werent the closed shop Dan was alluding to!
How could Dan give a timeline in November that is now likely 5-6 months off course by your reckoning!
What went wrong?? We can Dan was Nieve to give such a timeline but in fairness how nieve can some possible be, except there is alterior reason!

The more i read that statement the more i can see COVID 19 being used as a cover up!

No doubt he is a decent guy. But judging from his comms at the start of year and recent RNS he has used COVID 19 as a means to disguise the fact that contract talks with Kessei have failed, but are on going with others.

More likely to be CPI selling if any IMO. They will be desperate to accumulate as much finance as possible in order to fund Covid 19 vacine research etc!

People now worried by NXP002 IMO, Dan pretty much said news was imminent at start of year and now its not, COVID 19 being used as an excuse but i am not buying it. Expecting news on NXP002 within 2 months is optimistic , he did stated months in last RNS.
The other elephant in the room that people choose not to speak about is that CPI are still selling which will hinder sp growth on other news.

Dan stated last feb in podcast that they were in discussions with a preferred partner. Out of curiosity does anybody remember did say Japan rights , had a feeling he did? In last RNS he mentions Pan Asian deal so just wondering if the narrative has changed hence change in strategy?

Greggscottie I guess I am not saying NXP002 is worthless , just starting to think it mightened be the transformational news Dan hyped it up to be! Are we still trying to crack a deal with the preferred partner or is it partner B?

Or like yetai have decided to do, walk away during the due diligence process! Surely that the exchange of technical information was for a reason ? On a positive note here the cannabinoid route would appear very positive but I have big concerns about NXP001 & NXP002!

Somebody mentioned that NFX would need to RNS if a failure of deal with Kessei happened. No they wouldn’t cause it wasn’t never stated in RNS to begin with!

Dan said there was multiple companies interested in NXP002, if what you say were true they surely wouldn’t be hanging about waiting for kessei to sort their affairs in order. I am starting to draw similar conclusions to events as groupplease! From Dans podcasts at start of year and his predicted dates for finalising deal with Kessei , I feel Covid 19 isn’t the real reason why a deal wasn’t finalised!
